The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Forget trying to bring it up to the Manager, Tabitha. She is SO rude. No wonder why her staff is rude, she leads people that way. FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN! Thank Goodness they have a nice cashier, because the rest of the staff handling the order including Tabitha hates their jobs!
This place does NOT accept the app, so you receive NO points.
On several occasions they are out of glazed doughnuts. I went there on Sunday and the lady working the drive thru did not say one word to me! She pointed at the total and after processing my card she handed it back. Said nothing!! Wow!!! Horrible customer service! This store needs something done!!!
Visited the store on a Tuesday at 7:56pm only had chocolate munchkins and sold it a 10pcs dried and old donuts. The employee had a scary face I don't know your problems girl but I'm not going again. Shame on this store
Most horrible place to get coffee EVER !!!
They don't accept electronic gift cards, only physical ones. They don't have any of the promotional items they advertise on the menu (Oatmilk, I'm looking at you). Worst Dunkin ever. Also, their prices are ridiculous compared to a normal Dunkin.
They would not honor any of their advertised deals/promotions so I ordered a small iced Latte, menu said $3.50, ended up paying over a dollar more for it. The guy said they charged me for ice & flavored creamer which is ridiculous. Then I couldn't even use their company app to obtain my rewards or even pay for my drink.
After a long shift at hospital - I was looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee! 1st they were not able to take my coupon b/c the register “wasn’t able to scan it” so I didn’t order what I intended to eat. Then this was left after drinking my coffee. Thank goodness I poured rest out, it just didn’t taste right! Now I know why! Really DD! That’s disgusting..Makes me wonder often they clean out those coffee pots.
We live nearby so have put up with the rude staff member who should not be serving the public. Today was the last time we will go through the horrible experience and wrong orders. I don’t actually think they want any customers!
