We visited this location yesterday for an afternoon ice coffee. There were three cars in the drive thru lane. We were the last car. We waited for at least 10 minutes before the first car actually ordered. Once the cars in front of us moved toward the window and we were able to order, the female on the drive thru speaker sounded I’ll-trained.After waiting another 10 minutes for the car in front of us to finally get her order, we moved up to the window. A young male took our payment, handed us two straws and handed us my wife’s ice coffee and another drink that was not ordered. I ordered a small Sunrise Batch ice coffee. I handed him back the other incorrect ice coffee and was finally handed my correct drink. The store wasn’t busy at all. We didn’t even see anyone on the inside of the store. He didn’t even offer to or hand us our receipt either. Funny though how they have a tip jar outside of the window. I’d be willing to tip for good service.
Poor Quality food, no receipt given, no sugar added for our ice coffees ( even when asked ) , No jelly ?, Breakfast sandwiches is NOT the Dunkin’ My Family loves. We had to go somewhere else to get SUGAR FOR MY COFFEE . (SAD)Wish sandwiches was better because we have a busy day ahead of us. Pls show care by providing customers with the great service .Get some dedicated people that care about food quality , because it taste like someone just needed a paycheck .
I came through the drive through on mother’s day and forgot my wallet. The employee working the window gave my coffee to me anyway since he had already made it and said it was “In honor of my mom for mother’s day”. What that employee did not know is that my mom passed away 4 months ago. So I was having a hard day and he made it feel a bit sweeter. I wish i caught his name but thank you. Always wonderful to see a kind heart in the service industry. :)
Reading the reviews, I guess I'm glad this is far from my local Dunkin and so I've only been once. It took a while to get through the short queue to order as service was fairly slow, but not so much so I'd have a big issue. Wouldn't say we had a warm service with a smile experience but they certainly weren't rude. An average kind of deal location.
This is the worst Duncan donuts for customer service. I got 12 donuts today and was leaving the store and dropped the box on the floor. The donuts spilled everywhere. I’m 8 months pregnant and struggled to open the stiff and heavy door, carry the box as well as my keys and purse. I went back to the till to see if staff could help me, but as usual always 5 people standing talking in the back and none looked at me. Another customer came in and immediately helped me because I couldn’t bend down to pick them up. We brought the donuts to the till and the server just looked at me with a blank expression. I explained what happened and he charged me again for a new box donuts. Myself and the other customer couldn’t believe it. I’m literally there all the time and I’ll never be back now. The other customer helped me bring the new box out to my car, while the cashier looked on, ironically like a glazed donut.
The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Forget trying to bring it up to the Manager, Tabitha. She is SO rude. No wonder why her staff is rude, she leads people that way. FIND ANOTHER DUNKIN! Thank Goodness they have a nice cashier, because the rest of the staff handling the order including Tabitha hates their jobs!
Was there five minutes and no one recognized my existence. I left.
Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and had the RUDEST STAFF. I arrived at 10:30 AM and placed an order online so I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes due to cars wrapped around the drive through. I told them I was picking up a mobile order and they didn’t tell me half of the order they didn’t have. When the guy hands me my order I told him half my order was missing his response was ya we don’t have they and walked away. I asked when he came back if I could get a refund which he proceeded to get a manager. When the manager came up she goes call the 800 number so I said well is there any other donuts you can switch it for and she acted like she couldn’t hear me so I repeat louder what donuts do you have she proceeds to roll her eye throw her hands in the air and go oh my god walk away and then come back to say they only had glazed. She then hands me the receipt and said call the number for the refund. There’s no number even on there. After googling and calling the number they informed me that the store should have issued a refund or gift card. Ridiculous to play a 25 dollar order and receive 7 dollars of it. Never going back. Maybe one day they will be better prepared and hire nicer staff.
Always disgusting. So poorly managed. Never clean. I can only imagine the kitchen is gross too. Bathrooms are gross. As is tables and floor. Friendly crew members. Great tasting coffee. Tiny donuts- they sure have shrunk all their menu items over the years so.. they are consistent in that regard
This is the worst DD in the world. It has been like this since it opened. Place is dirty, staff is rude and they can’t handle more than 2 people in line. Went there at 11am on a Saturday and they were 90% out of donuts. It’s the busiest day of the week. I guess you would expect they would prepare for this or at least have a sign outside that says they stop making donuts at 10am. It’s ridiculous that this ownership team (and I know they own several others around and equally as bad) are even allowed to be a Franchisee. I would avoid this place at all costs.
