Service is always subpar and the employees never seem to fully understand how to provide basic customer service or perform their basic job duties. Orders are always messed up when you call over the phone, no matter how slow and clearly you speak they still don’t seem to get it for some reason. It can be quite frustrating, seeing as how my family and I love their BK style pizza and tend to order it from there frequently, I just wish they had a more efficient team that took their basic job duties serious enough not to mess up very simple orders all of the time
I was waiting for a curbside service. As soon as I arrived I clicked (Here) on the app. Immediately a 2 minutes count down stared on the clock. There is an advertisement saying get your order in 2 minutes or get a free pizza. Somebody inside stopped the clock when it was 1:17. I waited over 7 minutes inside my car and nothing yet. I had to get out of my car, get inside and as for my order. I asked one employee about my free pizza and nobody answered me. My question is: Why do you offer 2 minutes or get a free pizza if you not gonna give it. It’s just scam.
They always give me a hard time making a delivery they “claim” they close at 10PM when Google maps/yelp/Apple Maps states they are open till 12 furthermore all the other dominos around the area close at 12 and they’ve told me this location is supposed to be open till 12 as well they wouldn’t even take my order calling at 9:30 don’t bother ordering from here clearly the employees don’t want to do the work to properly make ur food the right way
I had no ideal I was going to be greeted with such profession. I'm talking a pizza joint? I think the young man that took my order first name is '' Ben. '' He had a great attitude. He was very sharp in what he was asking. He Didn't pressure me or got upset when I took too long to order. Anyway.... Best service in a long time. Awesome job. Thank You, Ben, Elle and Booker. The pizza was very good. The staff is shorthand and was working hard to keep up with the phone orders and counter order's coming in. They said 30 minutes and it was 30 minutes when the pizza was ready.
Good pizza prepared quickly! The new app makes ordering very convenient. Great service!!
Will not order from this Domino’s again. Ordered at 5:55. Quoted 35-45 mins. Called at 6:30. Said it just came out of oven. Called at 7:15, said it just came out of oven. Called at 7:40. Manager, Josiah, admitted pizza has been sitting in warmer for over an hour. Blamed driver shortage. I get it, everyone is short staffed. Would be fine if I was quoted two hours. Problem is manager was aware of the delay before it even left the store and decided to deliver stale pizza, rather than remaking, two hours later. Did refund, hence extra star.Choose another option.

They gave me two wrong pizza and had to wait 20 more min for them to finish. I used to Dominos app to track when the pizza is finish and made me to wait 10 more min before they were actually finished.
I love Dominos. Very consistent quality, every time you order, any Dominos you order from, it tastes just as good as the last time. Always very good deals too.
