So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, fries, and a cheeseburger. Fries and cheeseburger were great, but the chicken sandwich I got wasn’t spicy and also wasn’t as warm. The onion rings were cold and didn’t taste that great maybe due to it being cold. Well now I know to stick to the burgers and crinkle cut fries??
They have 8 people standing around at the counter and none of them do a thing. Nobody cares. Out of Pepsi? Too bad, wait 10 minutes for them to refill the syrup. They don't hustle. No initiative.Also the food is drier than a desert. No taste. No seasoning. I've been to many Culver's being a former Illinois resident but this is by far the worst.
Only problem is at 35 minutes before closing time always be prepared for orders. Only 3 cars in line and that was it. My order was made wrong Bacon Deluxe : Double-No Cheese-No Dressing/Sauce- Lettuce,Pickles,Bacon Only and extra bacon on side. Burger was wrong bun was cold. They tried to fix it even allowed me to keep the first meal but ended up still getting it wrong. I was once a BOH I used to complain about customer but now if I spend my money least you can do is respectfully make it right you’re going to close and go home no matter what just a few more minutes of doing your job correctly. That has only happened at this location everywhere else has been good service to me every time.
My favorite fast food chain for burgers, the quality of the ingredients is great, everything is always prepared well, and super delicious.Pro tip: Get the onion rings instead of the fries, you won't be disappointed.
I grabbed dinner at Culver's last week. I have been eating at the Culver's in Winter Garden at least monthly for the last several years. It was a very well-run restaurant when it opened. However, it has declined in both service and food preparation. On my recent visit my order was not prepared correctly. The condiments I ordered on my butter burger were not present and some I didn't order were added. The service was average, but not very friendly. I know we currently have a labor shortage in the hospitality and restaurant industry, but even accounting for that the experience at Culver's has declined noticeably. The restaurant has declined as well. The restroom needed attention and was not kept up. The carpet in the dining room had some stains and felt a little sticky in places. I have increasingly become dissatisfied with my experience at this Culver's
They have good ice cream and good chicken tenders
Burgers and onion rings are off the chain. But one of the employees rubbed me the wrong way. Got my order wrong and tried to blame it on me when I went back up to fix it. Other then that food was delicious
Always a great place to eat at. They have great burgers, and the cheese curds are fantastic. Their service is also one of the best in the fast food industry.
First and formost staff is always friendly. We have visited several locations and are always impressed. This place is no different. Helpful, attentive and friendly. Good stuff. Pretzel bites are superb. Burgers and chicken are good as well. Crinkle cut fries are the weapon of choice and they have a daily custard flavor with past flavors available if any are pretty from the day before in pints. Definitely recommend visiting.
Love Culver's freshly prepared food. Burgers, cheese curds, custard. Great place to munch down some fast food.
