In general, it's an okay place to go. We usually have a fairly nice time. However, I'm not sure what happened during this last trip, but our food did not come as ordered. Steak was ordered medium and came WELL done. I don't have crazy expectations, but we come here at least once a month and usually don't have issues.I will note that the shop is a wonderful place to get items of yesteryear.
45 min prior to food arriving. After 30+ min of waiting.. noticed party being served that had arrived after us. Called manager (as waitress was no where to be found).. he explained that their was a technical glitch and was working on getting our order out. Asked why no one notified us.. and we had to inquire.. he stated he was going to explain when he personally was going bring our food out to the table. Well.. after that conversation was another 10 min prior to food arriving. Understand "things happen" but the customer service was not there.
The restaurant was nice and clean. Was treated properly at the table helped me and my mom and even with her walker. The food was fantastic as always friendly service loved my waitress she was wonderful and catered to my mother . Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch enjoyed ourselves very much.
My wife , me & my sister on our vacation visiting in Orlando Fla. Decided we would have breakfast & OMG how wonderful ? it was we had a awesome time can not complain... Great service ....
I love Cracker Barrel. Our waitresses, Stacey and Emilia, were amazing. Food was quick, hot and delicious. Highly recommend the loaded baked sweet potato, the mac and cheese and the grilled chicken tenders.....my go to every time. Huge portions..... enough for a second meal. I will be back for sure.
My friends and I had a frustrating experience here. We waited 25 minutes for a table. The floor was dirty, covered with dropped food. a safety hazard for seniors. Moved to a clean table, ordered, but waited 45 minutes for our food. Orders were mixed-up. Dumplings were a congealed mess. I spoke with a manager about our complaints...she comped our meals. Thank you. Our nice lunch turned into a nightmare...horrible experience!!!
Do not eat here. 2 hours before they close, no outside seating. 25mins to get drinks, 40 minutes before someone checks on us. Couldn't sit next to the window, instead crammed elbow to elbow with the other table. New law apparently they cannot serve alcohol without checking ID to the point they wouldn't serve a WW2 veteran. The serving staff isn't hold enough to drink let alone ask for ID from a clearly old enough patron. The "manager" did not help and just continued to spout it's the law with the peanut gallery of a waitress. Save your money, they cram you in like sardines, treat you like you have inconvenienced them and have no respect for our Veterans. Over an hour of waiting, we left before getting food. Waffle House down the street was delicious, amazing service and they treat you with respect.
Food was good and delicious!! However if a side comes with the meal please don't ask us if we want it... Of course we want it, it comes with the meal!! We had a party of ten people and each person was asked that question? now my question is Y....??♀️ but the food for all on point and thanks for serving a large family at 745pm...
Extremely friendly atmosphere and delicious food
This place is one of my favorite restaurants. We hadn’t been in a while. Our favorite is the chicken and dumplings. Tonight they didn’t give enough dumplings and it was like soup. Usually the gravy is thicker. It tasted water down. So disappointing hoping someone sees this review and corrects it for our next visit.
