Amazing! Been here a few times, and have never had an issue. Today I came to order 6 lunches for my crew while we were working nearby. I may butcher spelling here, but Tala, and Ashanti were both quick to get my orders done, and had wonderful attitudes. While also helping a half dozen other customers in the restaurant.Thank you again, you guys are awesome!
I usually come to this place, but this month is the second time I've come and the food hasn't been good. Too salty, too cold (like from the freezer) even the meat... the amounts are a joke (even for me, I eat little).I always eat Chipotle because I love it, but I don't know why or what change, but it's really bad... and the truth leaves a lot to be desired!
I go there it least once a week and my order is wrong at least twice out of those 4 times. Forget about trying to call. You can't get through to a live person before getting disconnected. Its so discouraging.
This location is always super busy but the service is good and their food is consistent.Definitely recommend ordering ahead during peak times.
I visited Chipotle for a late dinner with friends. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The service was prompt and professional, but not especially welcoming. The food quality was good. There was a lot o flavor and the portions were generous. We enjoyed our meal.
Absolutely horrible service for to-go orders. Every time I’ve come here my orders have been 15-30 minutes late every time.
Would not recommend this Chipotle. Food was not fresh. The bowl I got was cold. Refuse to make a quesadilla with just cheese and only fold it once. The old guy making the food had a bad attitude. They do not follow any food safety protocol so I will not be returning to this establishment.
I just wanted to give a shout out to William the store manager and his staff for the excellent service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. We received excellent customer service on my last visit to your store. The staff was warm and accommodating, and they were helpful with my dietary needs. William’s ability to help his customers and collaborate with his team is impressive and show his true dedication for helping his customers and to his company. Thanks again, your thoughtfulness and your attention to customers clearly shows.
Food poisoning. My husband ate lunch here and 15 minutes later was violently sick. I have been warning him for years NOT to eat Chipotle EVER. Every darn time I have tried anything on their menu I get sick about 15-30 minutes later. I figured something just didn't agree with me so I kept trying different things on their menu and eliminating things. Apparently I'm not the only one and was lucky I wasn't hospitalized. Chipotle was SUED for 21 million due to food poisoning in several states. They have a long history of poisoning people. Google it for yourself. Idk why anyone would even chance it. South Park even made an episode about how sick you get after eating it. This isn't common knowledge by now? My sister lives in Columbus OH and knows several people that got sick after eating at that infamous location (Sawmill Road). Don't say I didn't warn you. Or maybe you're reading this on your phone while on the toilet in misery.
I had the chicken Tacos combo. I enjoyed it! My family had a burrito with rice and chicken with spicy sauce and beans. This restaurant is a better option for a fast-food restaurant than Popeyes or Chick-fil-a. I highly recommend a visit if you want better quality food.
