Food is great when they manage to get the to go orders correct. This is the 3rd time now that i pick up my order and its wrong. Completely wrong! Highly recommend the food but try a different location.
WORST CHIPOTLE OF MY LIFEEEEEE!!!!!! Employees cursing right infront of you, service is TERRIBLE. 3 people in line and the worker says "its too much people" & then they are out of tortillas, everything looks dry and dirty. Please dont waste your time at this location.
Excellent food, as always. My only issue was that the guys taking the orders need to learn to speak up. They have a noisy environment, plus their voices are partly blocked by the plexiglass protecting the food. They were nice enough, just not loud enough. Definitely worth the effort. Still recommended.
Food at Chipotle is always great! Staff moves very quickly to get everyone taken care of each time I've been in here. I just wish the one in Mount Dora was this efficient. For some reason that store always messes up my family's order. But the winter garden store is amazing!
Guacamole is consistently terrible. Always browning, always big inedible chunks. This most recent visit (as in I left with a side of chips and guacamole not even an hour ago) had to be almost completely thrown away.
Pretty good all the time but recently, I've been on numerous occasions they were either out of guacamole, sour cream or as of my last visit grated cheese. Which they weren't actually of out of but only had a reserve for online orders. Most of the employees are very polite and on their game but noticed on my last two visits customers were left waiting because only one young man was left to handle the line by himself which he was handling quite well. And if I knew his name I would recommend a raise for him or a promotion to a managerial position. Overall the place is 9 times out of 10 a great place to eat and do recommend eating here.
Avoid at all costs ive never seen sucha horribly managed chipotle if you know where the one in winter garden village is take the extra drive not only will the food be unseasoned here but it will be cold and tasteless. God forbid you decide to place an online order cause you will wait an extra 20 minutes then what the website tells you. Even if they arent busy fyi i know its this location because i can go anywhere else and avoid this problem sadly this is my closest location
Easily the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is very friendly, the food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. I used to go to the Clermont one but this one is so much better
Expect a long wait time, even though they were fully staffed. Asked about some of their products and each individual gave conflicting answers. Not a great uniformed team. Tonight reminded me why I do not go to Chipotle.
This is the most disgusting thing I have even gotten in my entire life. How do you miss something like this ! There is a freaking avocado sticker in my Chipotle bowl ! I’ve tried to call several times and haven’t gotten a call back ! Horrible horrible experience!!
