I ordered via the mobile app for curbside pick up. I waited a while, but no one brought my food. I know this Chick-fil-A has been experiencing some issues with Apple Pay, so I decided to get in the drive thru line in case they needed to run my card. I explained what happened to the associate at the drive thru and she quickly ran in to check on the order. She came out with Taylor, a trainer at this location. Taylor was SUPER sweet, and apologetic and ran to get my order done as quickly as possible and even gave me a cookie as an apology. Clearly the staff at the Winter Garden location is well trained and strive to provide excellent customer service. I was not having the best day, and I left feeling great cause of the care and energy of the staff. They were determined to be helpful and provide excellent service. Thank you!
This is the only location that I have been to that gives you a lot of pickles when you say extra they just give you an order pickles on the side and the line was long but it was long with the weight and I love the way you can come from the hospital if you visiting someone like I was doing and go straight to Chick-fil-A always thumbs up for Chick-fil-A when do you go to a fast food restaurant and they give out mints and hand wipes for germs *****
Of every Chick Fil A I've every been to nationwide.... this location has the worst drive thru set up :/ It's a single drive through with 2 lanes set up with parking cones that bottle necks into the one, and even makes it nearly impossible to enter OR exit the parking lot. Total grid lock ridiculous. I give this feedback as a kind warning. Good luck, if you dare...
My baby girls nuggets were cold and awful tasting. She loves nuggets and I didn't know why she pushed them away till I tasted them. Not to mention the floor was slippery. Watch out people. SMH
A little slow this morning on the service for breakfast but I do realize that they were somewhat busy. The food was good though I think someone might’ve put a little too much mocha syrup in the iced coffee I had. Still love the location and everyone is very nice.
I went to this Chick-fil-a for dinner tonight and it was the first time in a long time that I ate inside of one. For awhile, I have just been doing curbside pickup, but it was nice to eat in the dining room again. The food was fresh and the staff was nice, but the only thing is the lack of parking for dine in guests at this location. They had over twenty pick up spots for curb side pick up and that made sense a year ago, but now I feel like all they need is ten spots. That way dine in guests do not have trouble finding a parking spot.
Debra who's works the front counter is one of the sweetest fastest best clerks they have she always remembers me which make me feel like she takes time to give customers a great experience so its always a pleasure tonord r t from chic fila no mater how busy they are .. she makes it worth the wait.. I think she needs a raise or she should be the one training people
the Chick-fil-A located on Orlo Bronson has a director there that is completely unprofessional rude and has no customer service at all. I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that allowed their employees or a director for that matter to act in such a manner his name is Reed or Reid. please be aware of going to that location possibly the reason why he treated me the way he did is because it's more of a high tourist area and he probably thought that I was a tourist and he treats tours any kind of way
