Excellent service and food in a unique fine dining location.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at The Chef's Table for his 30th birthday and it was PERFECT! The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. When leading us to our table we were told about the hotel/atmosphere of the venue as well as warned whenever there was a step to watch our step to avoid any mishaps. There was no need to ask many questions considering the server gave a breakdown of the menu and how the experience is. Our server was fantastic! She had informed us of an extra starter option we could order that was the duck liver and I thrilled that she did because it was my FAVORITE dish of the whole experience. It was DELICIOUS. For main courses, I we had the pork ribeye and the filet. The filet was cooked perfectly, and perfect flavor. The pork was good but if you aren't a fan of bleu cheese I would steer clear. The description of how it was made lead me to believe that it would mask out the bleu cheese flavor but unfortunately did not. The meat of it was wonderful though, overall a great dish, just not for someone who isn't a bleu cheese fan I'd say. The dessert was great, they even put a candle and brought out a Happy Birthday card for my boyfriend. The bananas foster with pecans and the lemon thyme creme brulee was excellent. Great portion sizes, couldn't even finish a few things. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back. Thank you to the chef's, servers, and all staff for creating such a wonderful experience.

Some of the best food I've had in years. Every dish from the appetizer,entree, to the dessert. Knocked it out of the park.

Loved our server, and the ambiance was really unique. At this price point, I would expect wine to be served in its proper glass (Pinot Noir and Sauv Blanc were served in a Cabernet glass). I was also expecting the wines to be served at their proper temperature. The reds were a bit too warm. Should be served just below room temperature. Decanting the wines would be a nice touch too. Food was great, except one desert that I didn’t care for. Overall, had a great time. If you aren’t a wine snob, then you will love it.

We enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks, the excellent service, including the individualize treatment of our needs and tastes.

An amazing find. A top notch dining experience. We went there for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Each course was presented and prepared in an outstanding manner. We will be back!

First time there. Very pleased with everything, especially the server, Jeff. He explained everything. Food was outstanding, very upscale.
