Every time I go there. There's an issue . with the store being open, attitudes, or laziness.. whether it be for myself or for a delivery.. then last night I go to pick up an order for Uber mind you there's cars in front of me getting food and behind me ordering.. they tell me "oh we threw all the food out" I asked to explain as I was a manager at a BK years ago, I know how it works.. and she stated "were not taking mobile orders anymore".. but before speaking to me the two girls were all giddy on their cell phone by the counter.. seems they just didn't care to do much of anything but gossip. In a world we live in now, we need people who want to actually work. Ridiculous and a shame.. such an easy job and decent pay now.. and yet they can't lift a finger. This next generation is going to have some real problems if they can't make a simple order of two burgers. Get it together..
Was craving Burger King at 9:30 pm, went through the Drive through waited 5 mins to not hear anyone ask what I wanted. Drove up and seems like no one was working but it’s supposed to be open until 12 am. Have the courtesy to at least put a sign saying your closed. 3 cars were behind me waiting as well.
Good food, but the most unfriendly service you could ever experience. Tried to get a smile, hello, thank you from any of the workers. They treat you like we ruin their whole day. Shame. And they don't care how slow the drive thru is. Which is ok because we shouldn't always be in such a rush, but treating your customers with a little kindness never hurts.
Parking lot was empty. Went inside & no one came to the counter to take our order. We loudly asked if dining room was open? "Yep. Just don't make a mess". Still no one to take our order. But McDonald's was across the street so we left the car & walked over to a very busy McDonald's. Wonder why.
this place is nasty the people are rude they don't even let you finish taking your order they don't wear gloves while preparing your food no hair nets this place needs a whole new crew and a new management and a good cleaning horrible experience.. better to say closed down ..
This review is for the location, not for the food itself.I moved to Florida in 2013, and since that time, this location has issues. Drive-thru taking 30 mins or more, not having food available, not kowing what to do when customers have cupons. I don’t know why is still open.Last night (02/02/2022) they kept me and a whole line of cars (like 3 more besides me) waiting for 45 minutes to then tell me that the place was closed. The employee could’ve told me, instead of asking me to wait for a moment.
My granddaughter, Natalia wanted to go there. She enjoyed her meal. I can tell the workers are overworked due to staff shortage, however, they put their best face forward, which made a difference. Hats off to all of them!!!
The food was over cooked and the woman I can't call her a lady because she was everything nice. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Let's just say we will never eat there again. I don't believe being nice was ever a thought in her mind.
I am a former worker of this Burger King from 2018, & a former employee of McDonald’s at the grove from 2017.Been at this bk ordering food for a while now ever since I was a child & after this location having a bad year, they have redeemed themselves, yes of course it’s gonna be a longer busier line because of more customers & tourist moving into winter garden recently & that are constantly lining up here for a reason which is the food & based on how you order it, & the food is perfect when ordered how I recommend by asking them for your meal to be “off the broiler & extra salt on my fries” giving it that old bk taste. Don’t let all these bad reviews based on “waiting” by impatient people label effect your view & food on the restaurant here, what really matters is the “food” you came to order for, not a drive thru timer contest. If not then go to McDonald’s across the street for fast flat iron food.It is also pretty obvious that all burger kings close at 9pm now ever since the pandemic, not sure why people are still complaining about the hours even though it has been like this for over a year now, just use common sense.
I think Burger King has the best tasting burgers especially for the price. The service is very slow but the hamburgers are worth the wait. I don't know why more people don't go there instead of McDonald's. The hamburger meat is 10 times better there.?
