Great place with terrific frozen custard and friendly staff.
All hail the Rochesterian gods who sent me Abbott’s! I AM SOOOOO HAPPY THEY ARE HERE. I had their peanut butter chocolate sundae and it was just sooo good. They have so many awesome things you can order….sundaes, floats, waffle cones, everything so good and with such awesome service. Go here after eating at the pizza press…They have seating inside and outside as well, so you can grab anybody you know and head to Abbott’s!
Ordered online, the ice cream was delicious and the staff was nice. But when I got home if didn't have the ice cream u had ordered, I ordered "I want S'mores" and was given a Chocolate custard with chocolate chips. It was delicious, but still disappointed it wasn't even close to what I ordered. I bet they would have replaced it but I wasn't about to lose an hour there and back.
Customer service is good. Ice cream is delicious. I love the fact they have gluten free ice cream. Not many places cater to us.
I came in today with such a warm welcome, Alexa and Sillie were so kind in helping me choose a flavor. Great atmosphere overall would definitely be coming back!
This custard shop has great employees who are friendly and a host of flavors, shake, malt, cup and cone options! Perfect for the dairy lover, especially the Candy Cane Lane special peppermint combos they've got in time for the Holidays! ?
Purchased a apple custard pie. Custard was good, apple could have been more and less of the thickener aka, (cornstarch/flour.) Unless it's canned apples then they should stop selling it right away. The crust was under baked cuase of stayed longer to give in a better flavor, and the caramel on the bottom.... If you don't want to use REAL Carmel don't bother putting it cause its just ruining the pie.... But the main problem was the fake whip cream, it tasted like chemically created old freezer burned powdered sugar with a hint of chlorinated water. Basically ruined my pallette. If they make changes I and half of the community may return.
After craving some custard, I ran over to Abbotts to get some. Two workers, Alivia and Caitlin, treated me with the utmost respect and kindness—it made my entire week :) they are such kind and sweet young ladies, the service and assistance they provided was simply amazing! And to top it off, the peppermint bark custard really fulfilled my craving!! Today was one of my best trips to Abbotts!
