By far the worst Wendy’s. Take forever to acknowledge you in the drive thru. Then you have to wait 10 min for a basic order parked up front so they don’t “mess up” there wait times. And it’s ALWAYS slow. God forbid you go inside. Tables and floors always dirty and bathrooms always crusty. Really miss managed.

Below average as far as Wendy's and fast food restaurants in general go. I've been here several times and the staff always does the bare minimum. Additionally, this location still doesn't have iced tea available. It's been years now and still nothing.

Ordered a Dave’s Double. Excellent. Ordered chicken nuggets. Good. Poor service at the drive thru window with the oriental kid. No hello. No goodbye. No thank you. No nothing. Handed my food and promptly closed the window. So unprofessional. These Wendy’s restaurants are eventually going to go. Dave Thomas would be ashamed of the kind of people that work in his restaurants.

I have never seen food employees move so deliberately slow in every action they took. The manager was the slowest of them all. New management is REQUIRED! Took over 20 minutes for 2 small combos, and there were no other customers even near the restaurant.

AVOID THIS WENDY'S LOCATION!! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced! The manager at this location was extremely rude, arguing and raising her voice. Asked for the store number and her name and she refused to provide it! Unbelievable! This manager needs to either be trained in how to provide actual customer service or needs to find another job. Will never go to this restaurant again and will be contacting corporate offices! Will also tell anyone I know to take their business elsewhere!

BEWARE!! The WORST experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. (May 4th @ about 6:30 p.m.) After waiting so long in the line I’ve noticed I was over charged for something I didn’t order. Brought it to the attention of the manager and proceeded to ask for a refund in which I was told that I can’t be refunded in cash, so I asked for a refund back to my card and was told that I was being a complicated customer and that she doesn’t know how to refund back to my card. Really. How are you the manager. Asked for her name because she didn’t have any name tag and she slammed the window in my face and walked off. Rude. Got home and everything I ordered was disgusting 🤢🤮 Just horrible.

My coffee was weak. I tried two different sandwiches and they were a sloppy mess and we're not to my taste. The potato was unremarkable.

45 minutes in line to get food is not the idea of fast food.

Went to the drive through and no body was there waiting 15 min

BEWARE!!!!!!! Worst experience Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food was COVERED in red dye. They used a chemical that was making the red wrapping bleed all over the food, and then told me that I was the one who did it. Then they refused a refund! So dangerous and so rude. Worst employees ever!
