OMG, the best Subway I've ever been to. This is the only Subway that actually serves you Real Eggs. Yes, Real Eggs. I had a Bacon Egg, Cheese with Lettuce Tomatoes, spinach, light mayo, on Wheat bread. I watched my server cracked the eggs, mix the eggs, and baked everything. Delicious. One of the only Subways that servers Real Eggs. I wish all of the other subways would follow.
This is a really nice, clean Subway location. I’ve been to this particular place two times. I would rate it five stars for cleanliness and correct orders, but I have to knock off two for customer service. Both times I’ve been there, I had a middle aged woman serve me. Each time, she says nothing until I start repeating my order (which is fine, but if you don’t let me know you’re ready to hear my order and just stare at me, it’s awkward?) and when I do, she gets upset that I want eggs on my order and repeatedly tells me it’ll cost extra. When I let her know that’s fine, she still has attitude with me and slams the oven door, ingredients, etc. I feel like there’s no reason to be so hostile, and as a healthcare worker who has to have good bedside manner for a living I really wish they’d work on it with this particular employee :/ All other staff are very kind, and if it weren’t for these two particular instances I would probably stay to enjoy my lunch break there instead of choosing to drive back to work and eat in my car.
Food is fresh. Service (William Davila) is nice and professional. Congrats!!! Keep it up!
William and Conchita are the best. I love when they make my sandwich! There are the best employees I came acrossed… Customer service is out of the world!! I love coming here for lunch during my break from the office near Weston!!!
I recieved regular chicken on my Baja chicken and bacon sub, thats why you work at subway good sir..

Just showed up at 10:10 AM to grab some sandwiches to go. When I got there the door was locked and there was an employee casually sitting at a table on his phone. I noticed that the sign on the door said they opened at 9AM same way its listed on the internet. When I knocked the employee signaled to me that they would be open in 20 minutes and shrugged his shoulders at me. Unacceptable, not everything has do to CoVid.. seems like no one has a sense of urgency at this store.
