These people will say anything so that you give them your money and then will not give you your food. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and less than 5 minutes later I get a call from the guy who works there saying that he cannot deliver it even though they have over an hour before they close. Papa John's, if anyone has to lower themselves to order a pizza from you at night, it is not out of pleasure. At least have the decency to tell people you cannot deliver before they pay.
I ordered two cheese pizza for kids party, they messed up the order and put mushrooms and peperoni. They agreed to remake it and redeliver after we called. After a period of time we called and they changed their mind and decided to not remake the pizza and deliver. So we ordered from a different restaurant. Mistakes happen but they deliberately messed up our kids bday party so I won't be ordering back
Ordered plain cheese pizzas for a kids birthday party. The order came wrong - they promised they would redeliver and then never did. When I called back the manager basically said ‘not my problem’ as it was a delivery service, even after I explained the other employee had promised to remake them and we had been waiting on the pizza. We were left hanging with hungry kids at a party. Would have paid double to just get the right pizzas redelivered. They were so unkind and unhelpful. We ordered from a different local restaurant who made our pizzas correctly in about 15 minutes and saved the day. Would never order from Papa John’s again. Not just that a mistake happened but that the manager was so unkind in their response and unwillingness to remake the pizza (after the other employee promised to take care of it!). Didn’t even let me know, just decided not to do it. Order anywhere else, trust me. Their pizza is not worth the hassle either way
Pizza is great! I order very often from Papa Johns, but most of the times (if is not always!) I get upset about delivery times. Although I live 7 minutes away from the store It takes more than the ETA. Every time I order is more than 1 hour 20 minutes. Pizza gets cold.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEEDLESS TO SAY WILL NEVER BUY HERE. Service here sucks waited an hour for delivery, my order was marked delivered, but never actually delivered so I call the store for help. Sara picks up the phone and states that she doesn't know if it was delivered or not, if I am going to get my order or anything really. The driver is not there and she doesn't really care. Says she will issue a refund since she won't do anything to fix the issue, can't give me any refund confirmation, email or anything really and just hangs up on me.I call back and speak to the manager Jessica who says she just works for papa johns and doesn't want my money and doesn't really care and I just have to trust that she actually did do her job this time and issued a refund.

I would say check your boxes before you leave. Our garlic bread sticks were burnt and they didn’t give us the pizza sauce. After I tipped and signed my receipt I said thank you have a good night and not one of the 4 employees standing right there said anything. Poor costumer service and poor food :( upsetting to right this because we love papa John’s
Horrific customer service. I called to add a pizza to a delivery order. I checked the tracking before calling and it was still in the “making status.” It wasn’t even in the oven yet so I had plenty of time. I was on hold 10 minutes. In hopes of speaking to someone before it leaves I called again. The second time I called they didn’t even ask if I can be put on hold. They just transferred me to hold. I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes. The status has now updated to on its way. I’m still on hold.Do not recommend.
Worst customer service. Spoke to the manager Nicholas and was very rude and erogant.he told me he had a store to run and hung up the phone.I placed an order and never got the pizza. My credit card was charge and they referred me to a 1877 number and was on hold for 30 min. Hung up and called my credit card company to get my money BACK. Nick's excuse and resolution was that I was going to get a free pizza after 21/2 later.
