I enjoy Panera but the service at the Weston branch is absolutely horrendous. Walked to the counter and was told someone would be right with me but no one came to the counter so I went to a kiosk only for the order to get stuck and when I asked someone for assistance they shrugged their shoulders and said they would look in the back to see if the order was processed and then never moved.

Meh. The vanilla cinnamon bun was flavored with lemon. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the order was not made with sausage as requested. It took over 20 minutes to get food, then wait 5 more for the sausage...At least the coffee was good.
Had Strawberry Poppy Chicken Salad minus Chicken. Large Mac N Cheese. Broccoli Cheddar Bowl. All Excellent.
When meeting with clients, I prefer this place to starbucks. It is quieter, and there are big tables you can sit, relax, and actually have a space to write and discuss projects with your clients
I love Panera Bread but the Weston Location need a better management. The place it’s dirty, the costumer service it’s terrible, I really miss the years when this location was good. I hope this business improves soon
If I have chance to rate this store a zero, I would. Not only they have messed up my order TWICE! I had to pay the difference on their mistake and not to mention the store manager was there to witness this error AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE... I chose a pick 2 with a BOWL of soup instead of cup with a Cesar salad. After waiting 10 minutes my meal was ready went to the expo line and they had served me a cup of soup when I had asked for a bowl and they informed me that they were out of cesar dressing so they could not make the salad for me, asked to make a replacement, which I asked for a sandwich instead which I had to wait an additional 10 minutes.... overall wait 20 + to eat my lunch.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered 4 four cheese soufflé- had to sacrifice to 3… because they didn’t have one. Never they can do it right
We order food for pick up few nights ago, I could not be more dissapointed! My soup container was half way empty plus the soup was not hot, and my sandwich had the wrong bread and very small pieces. What's happening to Panera??
We went for lunch and ordered the Pick 2 and pizza, after arriving for our vacation. Neither were worth the price or experience. The pizza has little flavor and tasted dry. Will never get it again. The 1/2 sandwich was pitiful, and the soup was barely lukewarm. The customer service was not what I was accustom to. Wished we would have gone to the Publix a couple doors down. It's located in a shopping center near other stores with plenty parking.
