I should've checked my bag before leaving the drive thru...this place forgot an item, and I find out when I got home. I go back, and they want to argue with me, as if I committed some type of burger fraud. Really!?! Take responsibility for your oversight and humble yourselves a bit. Not a good look
If you want to use the ordering machines, you need to pick up you food in the front counter. They don’t bring the food to your table as they used to! You can see that In the picture attached! There’s no people who works there outside the kitchen. Thumbs down for this kind of services!

I thought my experience In McDonald’s could be worst than the las time 3 year’s ago but nooooooo this Sunday was even wooooorst, we arrive and there where no customers at all, the employees where talking , the garbage was so full that it came out of the boxes, a boy noted us and approached . After I ordered in the kiosk and a number was given I had to pay in the register (the only star I am giving is for the education of the boy), well when my order was ready (in the plastic number is written that they are going to bring it to the table (totally false)) my daughter after 10 minutes saw the order waiting in the counter, I went to pick it up and was incomplete, I have to go there again and a very lazy boy came almost crawling and just look at me, I told hie kids later, he said OK, I said a really big thanks for all the effort of moving. Whenwas in there all melted waiting since I don’t know when because even the m&m were uncolored, I asked a girl if we can have a new one because it was melted, the face of the girl was a poem, I don’t know if she was just about to scream or cry but she (thanks god) send someone to redo the ice cream. Finally there were no napkins for the ice cream so I decide not to ask again just in case this end worst so I went to the bathroom (this place was so smelly and unclean) I took some toilet paper and take it to the kids. So my question…… why bother to have a new refresh place if it is soooo bad, so unclean, so smelly, with really bad manners and angry personal. My recommendation would be if this place is going to be like this JUST DO DRIVE TROUGH.
Literally the worst location ever. I ordered a guava pie specifically asking to confirm they had it, they said they did, but gave me an apple pie instead. I’m terribly allergic to cinnamon so thanks I almost died. This is the 3rd time this happens!
I went in today around 4pm andAfter waiting about 10 minutes and I saw nobody was coming to take my order I peeked my head inside and one of the girls taking orders on drive thru told me to you use the tablet to place my order. I responded idk how to use the tablet can someone please take my order. The manager there listening to me just turns around and ignores me and hides in the back. Then I saw gentleman there and I asked him for assistance and helped me.while the manager there was just looking at me nodding her head. Like if i was stupid for not knowing how to use it...she could of just helped me and showed me how to use it so next time I would know how to use it.The manager needs to be re trained and learn to respect people.

They do not greet you and take your order. Instead, you place your own order and take a sign with a number on it and wait for delivery.
Reasonably fast, order correct, but blissfully unaware that they're supposed to bring stuff to the table now, according to their own instructions.More likely, too lazy, actually.
