We sat on the drive through line from 10:30 pm to 11pm. The line barely moved and when we finally got to the window to order we were told, its 11 o’clock now so we are closed. I asked the guy outside that after waiting patiently 30 minutes on the line they were not going to serve us? It was literally 11 pm on the dot. Instead of honoring the customers who sat waiting patiently for 30 minutes they decided to send us away. What a terrible waste of time and extremely poor customer service!! I can assure you we will never ever go back to this McDonalds again, and never recommend it to anyone either!!
They are remodeling the place, the electronic ordering system was down, so I had to wait for 20 mins and when I finally got to the window, they told me there was no Ice cream. :( Very disorganized.
I’m currently waiting to order at the drive thru. My car is in park. I’ve waited at the order kiosk for 15 minutes. No one is taking my order. I understand it is under construction but man. Close and reopen when you can actually serve costumers.
Quite disappointed and I hate complaining!! The service was sooooo slow for a fast food joint - This location is under construction and seriously busy - had to wait 40 min for a sundae. Once you are stuck in the drive through there is no way out or you cannot back out because of other cars waiting and the obstruction of construction!! TO TOP IT OFF we were craving sundaes and smoothies - when we finally crawled to the drive through a huge sign said “NO SUNDAES, MCFLURRIES, SMOOTHIES”!frustrating as we could not drive around construction .. ??
I don’t recommend going during their construction. I was in the drive through for almost 30minutes. I wanted to leave but due to the construction was stuck in the line. When I got to the window my order was all sorts of wrong. Take the extra drive to the weston road one you will save so much time.
I waited over an hour in the drive-through Just to be told that they are now closed, the line must’ve had less than 10 cars in it as well
Slowest McDonald's to ever exist! Want to go through drive thru....just need to wait about 20-30 minutes minimum every single time, no matter the time of day....
Service was slow but could have been understaffed. Food was on point and staff were very professional. Not often FF get everything correct so I'm pleased.
The times I've come to this store, I've never had a problem, I find that the manager by the name of Virginia is a very hard working manager, she reassures everything is correct ?The staff is awesome, cute lil small store, BUT I love the cleaness and positives vibes here...THANK YOU VIRGINIA & STAFF
The slowest and unhappiest crew I’ve seen. They don’t communicate with each other and food may sit on the counter for a while before the skinny, quiet boy realizes it’s ready for the customer. The manager in the back is watching the clock while she throws food together, but her hair looks great!
