Ordered delivery tonight. Just a salad, and Calamari appetizer. The food is always excellent! I live one mile away. However, several times ordering delivery it has taken almost an hour to arrive. Tonight- over 90 minutes, and obviously arrived cold! At 80 mins I called and the girl couldnt care less. The food is great but delivery and some of the staff need improvement.
I am from Utica NY, home of some of the best Italian Cuisine in the United States. La Torretta absolutely hit it out of the park! The garlic bread was crispy on the ouside with a very warm soft buttery inside. The house salad was delicious and the pasta was fantastic as well. I am very picky of Chicken Franchise because very few places do them right and La Torretta's were absolutely perfect! Perfect warm lemony flavor with out overdoing it and still leaving the chicken nice and moist. A well deserved 5 stars and I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

This is not about the food, the food is good, it's about the waiting time for pick up. I had to wait for 12 people to pick up before me. I went inside for"help" and they said, oh no, everybody is there for pickup, that's the way it is. What? There are ways to improve, we want hot food, not cold food. I recommend you do the line and then think what to do to be better. When I finally picked up my pizza, there were 11 people waiting, that's the way it is at rush time.
Decent food but inaccurate pricing on the menu. Ordered side salad for $2.95 and bill came for $4.95 each. Server with super dry personality blamed inflation LOL Didn’t want to argue because $4 but what a scan!
Service was terrible. Waiter was inexperienced, did not follow-up with the order. Multiple food orders were not delivered to the table but yet charged to the bill. Manager was not customer service friendly. Would not recommend customer experience to be acceptable.

Hubby and I came for lunch today. I had Veal Marcella and he had penne a la vodka. My veal came with a side of either pasta, spinach or broccoli. I choose spinach done with garlic. The spinach was sooo salty that I couldn't eat it. The sauce for the veal was very nice however the veal was to thick and overcooked. The penne was OK. The buns that came with the lunch plates were fresh, warm and tasty. Service was excellent.
Had to go twice in one week! Fantastic food and friendly service both visits. Portions are huge, and very reasonably priced!
Food is always very good. But they are really bad with telling you time to pick up. Past 3 times I’ve ordered my food is cold. They say 40-50 mins and I literally get there 30 and my foods been sitting there. So it was prob ready in 20 mins.
