Last weekend I celebrated my Engagement Party at Kokai Sushi & Lounge - it was a total success!I’ve had the pleasure of trying out their three locations in the past and I knew the food and the space at the Weston location was ideal for my gathering. I had planed for 35 attendees and their patio was perfect to host my event. More people showed up, but they were very flexible and helped me set everyone up. We had multiple appetizers, fried rice, two sushi boats filled with a variety of rolls, and a very refreshing sangria. The service was attentive - the only hiccup was that the main entrees took a long time to be serve. Overall, my family had a great time and loved the food!They allowed me to set up a dessert table and I brought champagne for the toast. They provided the table and the champagne glasses! If you are thinking about hosting your event here - I would recommend it. Try to keep your party around 30 people to keep it more confortable.Thank you Kokai Sushi & Lounge, it was an amazing party!
Excellent sushi rolls, very creative and balanced flavors! Really nice outside tables by the little lake (for the colder Florida months, of course).
Did not get our order right. Not saying their food is not good, but a tuna roll is not thicker that 1/4”. I requested reverse spicy tuna rolls reverse with flying fish eggs not sesame. I did not get a reverse roll. It was ok, but people need to understand what we are ordering. When I had to say it twice. No more, will not be back. If Komme was open, I would have ordered from there. Flavors were good, price high. Worth it NO!
Hands down, best sushi ever! So this is a franchise in Valenzuela and a very smart man brought it to Florida. Maybe he will expand to bring to California. I wish it was in California because we need sushi with that Latin flare. I never had sweet plantation with sushi before. That was like a party fusion in my mouth. It was Omg awesome. I'm not kidding. I loved it, I loved it, I omg loved it!
Received great service from Alejandro. We tried three different rolls and they were all fresh and very good. Definitely coming back to this place.
Came in for lunch and tried out a few riceless rolls and appetizers! Everything was fresh and extremely tasty. Will be back again soon to continue exploring the menu!
A Really good sushi place!!! We will definitely come back. Alexandra was our waitress and she was very attentive and gave us great recommendations.My only recommendation is that whenever the food is ready , it should be served to the customer and shouldn’t be waiting at the counter for long time due to new customers are coming in to the restaurant.
Really the best sushi I have tried in south Florida, you guys have to go and enjoy it.
Wow!!! The best rolls ever!! Tsunami roll was awesome!! Moderate prices and big portions, you can't go wrong here. Diego was a great server?? can't wait to go there again!!
My first time going there with my husband and we had such a nice time. Good food, nice atmosphere with friendly staff. We would definitely go back another time.
