The outdoor seating is beautiful, except a bird comes in to steal food. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive, the drinks were pretty good. The food is okay, this is the only reason I gave four stars... Fake American Swiss cheese on the sandwich and there were a couple tendons in the chicken. I'd come back and try it again and get something different though!
My family and I arrived at the place at 8:45 pm, We were greeted by a young man named Roy, his attitude was despotic and unpleasant, we requested a table for 4, my kids love to eat outside in high tables to see the water and enjoy the night, Roy, without seeing the availability, said there wasn’t high table available outside, my wife said: we can wait and he answered IMMEDIATELY: the waiting time is 45 min, it was tuesday 05/24, there wasn’t any important game, so for us was like, seriously? It is unusual that is too busy, So, my family and I took the first table that he offered us. When we entered to the terrace area, 4 high table was available, so we asked to our waitress if the tables were reserved and she said: no, they don’t, Ishe also said: if you guys want to sit there you can go, she was very nice and respectful with us, her name is Paula, I took a picture with the area and the empty tables, see here, Flanning should have people who want to work, and not lazy and prepotent people ... also, Roy remember that the restaurant services must offer a good experience, also remember at the end of the day customer are the persons providing work to you.
They split a table for my wife and I, which was fine, but then they left everything that was supposed to be on table with other half, had to ask for salt and pepper, no barbecue sauce for the ribs I ordered, then no barbecue sauce for the ribs, service was mediocre at best, use to enjoy eating there, but it has went down hill, from what it was a few years ago!!!!!
This place is back of same name liquor store. The menu has many more things than seafood. The appetizer were good. Egg roll with rib meat. The main course was not good at all. I had a fish dish. Think it was not good. I chose beans and rice. Was terrible. Placed full dish at end of table but waiter did not ask if I liked it. Baked potato ? was not hot. Butter did not melt.
My first visit to this chain. Friendly staff, especially security. Prompt service. Delicious food. Varied menu. Good wine selection.
Our server was laid back to the point of not caring at all. She wasn't rude, just absent for the most part. Her lack of customer service was highlighted by the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff who delivered our orders to the table. We used the outside patio overlooking the pond. Birds kept getting in, so beware, if you are uncomfortable with that. Bring a sweater, especially if planning to dine inside, it felt chilly even passing through. We all enjoyed the food and the key lime was something I'd go back for any time.
My place for fresh and good food. I love it all, especially the salmon, mahi and of course ribs. The steamers are the bes t.
Very popular, always busy, don't know why. Full menu. Food good like many other family restaurants. Full bar, sport screens. Inside outside dining. Value questionable. Specials available Mon thru Thur only. Impression, get you in and out ASAP. Service satisfactory. Would I wait more than 15 minutes for a table, No. Very loud. No masks worn for employees but plastic barriers between tables. Parking difficult more often than not.
Flanagan's has the most fall-off-the-bones baby back ribs you could hope for. There are other fantastic ribs in the area, but none this tender.It may be unusual to make a big deal about a side dish, but I highly recommend the pasta salad.Flanagan's has a very nice, family-friendly atmosphere. The aquariums and nautical memorabilia are an interesting completion to the experience.
You can't beat the food!!! Ribs are always amazing and the baked potatoes are delicious! Somebody always gets the salmon too and nobody is ever been disappointd! We were in Weston this time so we could enjoy true outdoor seating. Wait was long but there was space at the bar for the two adults so we were good!!! Service was less than stellar and I had to get my own silverware and a our second round of drinks. Cost is always reasonable but I can see the costs creeping up...
