Anna is the proprietor of this location and she is marvelous! The staff is very nice.
I can't believe this was my first experience here. I've been going to the wrong sub places my whole life!! This reminded me of a place called Pot Belly Subs that didn't make it through COVID. Had the Club sub and meatball sub. The quality and taste were so good. it's pricier than the other sub places, but oh boy is it worth it !!! Service is good as well and the place is clean.
After a questionable experience at the Delray Beach location I decided to give FH another shot. I stepped into the Weston location for Firehouse Subs. Gabriel and his team not only represented the company very well they literally made me one of the best subs I’ve had at FH. Cheers to you gentlemen. My faith is restored. ???????
Tasty subs, just quite a bit expensive compared to competition. Not bad food at all though. Italian sub was great, Mac and cheese was a bit underwhelming due to its price and the amount they give you.
My first visit to a Firehouse Subs. Many choices. Fair prices. Cute decor and idea. Our subs were delicious.
A tad bit expensive for a sandwich meal, for the same price you can have lunch at a restaurant, as opposed to a sandwich shop but, the subs are good.
We never had a firehouse sub before..we got an Italian sub and it was pretty good! It was a clean place too.
I ordered 165 boxes for catering and they were amazing. The staff is exceptional, especially Anna. Not only is she bilingual, but she went above and beyond with my order and treated me with care. I highly recommend this location!
Called at 7:42 and was told I'd have to hold for a few minutes. I live 5 mins away. I realize it was almost closing time but I could have been there in 5 mins. Put me on hold for over 10 mins because he didn't want to take the order. Oh well, they missed out on my $30 order and all future orders.
Ordered take out from this location over the weekend.. went, picked it up, got all the way back to my house to find that they FORGOT TO PUT MEAT on my sandwich… ? paid $9 dollars for a hot sub with no meat on it… great.
