Ordered through their website the first time and they missed the word pepperoni on the title of the item so I only got cheese pizza. I called the store and they were rude and told me to call the third party online ordering service they use to get a refund FOR THE PEPPERONI ONLY which is optional 4 bucks lol. The second time I ordered through a food delivery app. It took them ONE HOUR AND A HALF to deliver a pizza to my work less than 10 minutes from the store. Called the store and they said it didn't take 1 hour and a half(but I had the email confirmation with the time of the order). They said the estimated delivery time in the app is not accurate and it always takes about 1 hour and half for the orders to be delivered(umm it's a pizza.. not a 3 course gourmet meal!) again they refused to cancel the order or give me a refund because the driver was on his way already. He called me just a few minutes after that and I told him it'd been a long wait and I didn't want it anymore. Luckily the delivery app gave me a refund. No worries though. Weston has plenty of other pizza parlors for me to order from
Very disappointed in the service/quality today.I placed an order early for a later time. The restaurant never filled the order because "we don't take orders that early" but the app allowed it. So the restaurant just didn't fill the order and didn't contact me. When the order was late and I called and was told they would rush it and that it would be an hour later. Over an hour later, no food. I called again and they assured me the driver was almost there. 30 min later, still no food. I called and was told "he's almost there". It's a 10 min drive. By the time the food arrived, it was cold. And our school had some very hungry children.
The service was real quick and the pizza was good. Shout-out to Oscar for the excellent service
We were staying next door at the 'Mizner Place' condominiums and walked over to the Weston Town Center. From the moment we came in, they were friendly, attentive, and the young man who waited on us, Alejandro, who is from Spain, told us that the Lasagne would 'not disappoint!' We took his word on it, and had it... EXCELLENT! He was a delight to have as a server! A few nights later, coming back from a day at the Everglades, we ordered a pizza from them online, came in and their was some mixup and it wasn't there... Alejandro saw us, stepped in, and bam!! We had our pizza in a very short time!! Great place, good food, fair prices, and a great employee!!!
I LOVE their Garlic Rolls. They also have very good Penne Ala Vodka & Pizza. I look forward to coming here every time I’m in town!

We ordered from DelVecchio's last Friday and asked for delivery.The delivery arrived when promised and that was the good news.I had mentioned to the person taking the order that the first orderfor delivery was supposed to be free delivery according to the messageon the computer, however, she knew nothing about that.The two 10" pizzas were just fair besides being very overpriced.I ordered a cup of soup and paid $5.75 for half a cup.The pasta dish I ordered was terrible and the so called marinarasauce tasted like a cheap tomato sauce.There are so many good italian/Pizza places in Weston and I willNEVER go back to DelVecchio's.If you are looking for an overpriced pizza and tasteless pasta andhigh priced cup of soup, this is the place!!
The food was awesome! My family loved their chicken wings. Best we've had in a while Our! Our server Sydney was very attentive and always came to check up on us to see how we were doing. Great service and great food!!!
I ordered the DelVecchio’s Supreme Pizza, when I opened the box everything was in huge chunks impossible to eat, I could barely taste the cheese. The pizza was super cold and the crust was really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
For weeks I have been placing the same order on Friday nights. Always pepperoni pizza and mozzarella rolls with no garlic or garlic butter (allergy issues). Last night when we received our order, the pizza was way overdone and hard and the rolls had so much garlic that my family members who can eat garlic, could not eat them. One of my kids choked because there was so much garlic. The meal was terrible and I wasted $33. It will not happen again.It isn’t hard to look at the order to see that garlic should not have been on the rolls. This mistake could have made my family member extremely sick.
