I ordered a bowl with pollo asado chicken and I didn’t get chicken on it. This is awful. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would’ve ordered it. Can someone help me, I just want a refund for my bowl.
This places service is terrible. Looks like the store hasn’t been cleaned all day. Cant believe I came here. Couldn’t find one clean table. The address is 4477 Weston Rd florida
The downgrade in quality of service at this Chipotle is ridiculous. None of the workers know what they're doing, they're slow, and give customers attitude. Not to mention the service line is a disaster; the line gets held up because a worker spends too much time in the back, doesn't know how to fold a burrito, and there is so much food on the floor. I've been coming to this chipotle since I was in middle school; I guess now I'll be going to the one in Pines. Do better
Visited at about 11:15 this morning. Noticed a total of five employees. The restaurant was not busy at all. After receiving our food we proceeded to the dining room to discover EVERY table was still dirty from the night before. The restaurant opened at 10:45am and I'm pretty sure, judging from how slow they were, they did not have a huge rush of people within 30 minutes of us arriving. After we cleaned our own table, we noticed that the floor was also littered with cheese, lettuce, taco shells, etc. I looked over towards the kitchen and noticed a huge orange grease splatter on the wall above the grill. After eating, I used the restroom. The restroom floor had used paper towels all over the floor. After leaving the restroom, I noticed three employees at the counter talking. I wanted to asked them if they could spare a few minutes of their social time to wipe down one or two tables? We left the restaurant only to discover 2 more employees at the back of the restaurant on their cell phone. This restaurant is too nasty for anyone to eat at, and the Broward Health Dept will be contacted.
I love Chipotle and this is the 2nd time I've been to this location. Really disappointing and filthy. ALL the trash cans were full and overflowing.They were out of black beans before 5pm and had none in process and it would have been another hour to wait for the pinto beans. The line food was dried on and looked like it had been there two days. I love my carnita bowl but with the inconsistent ability to get the items needed coupled with the filthy dining room, I can find any similar bowl somewhere clean from a staff that actually cares about where they work. Because if the front is obviously dirty, I shudder to think about how the kitchen looks.
I don’t know where to begin. The employees at this store are rude and incompetent. There is a girl with black and red hair that was extremely rude to my wife and I as well as her fellow coworkers. We asked for dressing and she said to ask cashier. Cashier then asked her because she didn’t have and the girl said to check the back, so the cashier turned to me and said that they are out of dressing without looking.The cleanliness of the food counter is gross they haven’t cleaned it in hours if not all day. This is the 3rd time in a row with a bad experience at Chipotle mainly with customer service. I won’t be going back.
From bad to worse especially in past 2 weeks! Ok short staffed, weak management. No guacamole- supply issues. But long lines. Poor service.Training, Standards, and management needs improvement! Definitely not what it was.
Ordered a quesadilla and when I opened my bag I was very disappointed. The quesadilla was made very carelessly with sauce dripping all over the place. Looks like my order was just thrown into the bag and everything was spilling out of the container.Also, when I went into the restroom it was VERY filthy. Looks like it has not been maintained in a few days... It looked very grimy and was smelly. In addition, there was no paper towels in order to dry my hands off.
After reading reviews I went there expecting worst of worst , seeing some of the reviews made me almost loose my appetite , but I was way too hungry and went there anyway ,better than expected
I go to this chipotle all the time and never have any bad experiences with it, but today was so terrible! I understand chipotle is frequently crowded and has long lines, but dont take more online orders then? I waited an extra 40 minutes passed the standard ready time and when I finally got my food the bowl was literally half full, cold, and paired with browning guacamole. Super disappointed, not the chipotle I’m used to.
