This place is hit or miss. Unfortunately it's usually a miss. Have had to send food back numerous times or order was wrong. Feel as if wait staff is not paying attention. The bar tender/waiter with the dreds is GREAT. He is on top of everything. The other guy ( the tall one) had an attitude. Would not be my first choice of a place to eat.
THE SERVICE HERE IS AMAZING AND OUR WAITRESSES JUST MATCHED OUR ENERGY. My standard for going to chilis has forever changed because of how amazing this one experience is. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. I can’t wait to comeback and see those faces again!
Sometimes you just want a margarita and some fajitas and last night was one of those nights. I was really impressed that on a Saturday night they were busy but there was no wait and the service was good, the food fresh.
I am not sure about the other dishes but the quesadilla did not taste good. The flour tortilla tasted like refrigerator and it was as hard as a cracker. Nothing tasty about it.
Dimitri is an awesome server. me and my 3 kids go to Chillis at Weston often, and he knows by heart what my babies want. thats special ?
Last time I went food taste like box food. My favorite dessert which lava cake was over cooked
Stopped to use the bathroom ? which was pretty clean & seen a huge lizard ? I love chilli's though .
EXCELLENT...from beginning to end. We had the finest of service from David, who was truly there to make his customer feel comfortable, happy and make sure the foods came out perfect. The Chef's deserve an applaud. Our foods were the best of the best!!! Nobody does a Fajita like Chili's. With perfect foods and service, I thank Heather the Manager for overseeing and managing a perfect culinary experience. We will be back....often
I've been going to this chili's Restaurant for about 12 years now. Food has always been good, and the service is a+. It seems that they have been a little understaffed lately, but that did not lower their service quality.Thank you guys!
