Unfortunately I have given this location 3-4 chances to prove to me they can work efficiently and quickly. It always takes forever to get my order to go. Today there are more than 7 employees here, I’m the only client, and it took over 20 minutes for 1 dish to be prepared for me.
Let’s get one thing straight, the food here is outstanding, it’s a much-needed, welcome healthy gourmet place in Weston. There are not many choices here in Weston, to be honest. I order here often. That said, the service STINKS. The cashiers are CONSTANTLY on their phones. It just happened to me - I had to wait for a good two minutes before the guy at the counter looked up from his texting, my order was ready. No amount of “excuse me” works. I had to flag someone down, it’s ridiculous. Two cashiers/staff had their phones out. Carrot Express, you have got a great thing here if you can just get the level of service up a notch. Ask the cashiers to stop texting while patrons are waiting. Keep serving great food, but hire better staff.
So happy for another healthy and clean spot in town! I have ordered here thru Uber and dinned in and service and quality of food is consistent and top notch! The manager (Luis) took the time to serve us and chatted with us for a few minutes which is a nice touch. Confident this place is here to stay for a very long time.
i ordered a vegan burger bowl, so i was expecting the tofu to be seasoned or have some sort of flavor. it was very plain, the pico de gallo and rice were also a bit flavorless, i went in having higher expectations:( the wait was short tho. just wish the bowls had more flavor/spice. i also feel like it tasted very average for the price it was
Update: I ordered the vegan bowl and asked twice if it was spicy I was told it wasn’t. I got home and the first bite I took had my mouth on fire. I react horribly to spice which is why I make sure to ask twice and include “really? Cause I DIE” to emphasize the seriousness of it. I called just to let them know they shouldn’t let that slide. I didn’t call to get a refund or free food. Still the manager told me it “wasn’t spicy; but that they could take a look at it” I clarified I wasn’t trying to get my money back just let them know it is spicy. The could care less.Original review: The plantain was good, but my food took WAYY TOO long. I order one bowl and waited forever. The girls there are sweet and I’m happy they allowed me inside with my dog no questions asked. But the food wasn’t worth the wait sadly. I will give it another try sooon

Best Salmon Poke bowl ever!! Salmon was super fresh and portion size was very generous! Amazed how well I was treated. Great service! For desert the Berry Smoothie is a must!
My fiancé and I ordered this through Uber Eats. Our order was still warm when it arrived. I also really appreciated how they packed the food separately and with care; and they labeled everything. The food was fresh and so delicious! Highly recommend.
