Been coming here for quite some time - one of my favorite sports bars in Weston! Their wings and ribs are amazing as well as french fries and honey mustard.
I recommend this place because the food is good. But just sit at the bar. You’ll get quicker and … nicer? Service. I’ve been to ale house about 6 times. Half of the time I sat at the bar which were all good experiences. The 3 times I sat down at a table with others were absolute nightmares. The servers seem so overworked, angry, like they didn’t wanna be serving. Either way, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them when I would ask for things. Some things I would have to ask for multiple times… things as simple as water. I am a super friendly person so I know it wasn’t me being too much or unpleasant. Floor service could be a lot better but the food and dining at the bar make up for it.
Wings were just okay and nachos are very spicy if you don't hold the jalapenos.
Celebrated my birthday at Carolina Ale Hosuse in Weston and had an amazing time. The staff was amazing. Adam was attentive and very kind.

The wait for a table and a server has become worst every time we come back, but the food is very good. Not a desert place, mostly food and drinks. However; BEST place around the area to stop by at the bar for drinks, specially if Mike is the bartender, he has been absolutely amazing to me and my husband for years!
Not busy at all. In the past you had to wait for a table. Now no one there and service was slow. hostess sat out in the lobby with feet up and are waitress stayed there talking to her most of the night. after taking our order we never saw her at all. asked someone else for a second beer and never saw that either. needless to say after the apps we never even placed our food order. Will never be back
Insanely good spinach dip. Imagine a 5 cheese pizza except instead of sauce and crust, the cheese is on top of the spinach dip. Best I've ever had
What's up googlers!!! I had a great time eating there I even did a video for the channel before the first time I did a big rookie mistake and forgot to press make sure the audio was recording LOL big rookie mistake. But I really enjoyed this burger it was really really good can't wait to come back for second one and a third one really great food at the Ale House they're very popular known for great menu. Also instead of the fries I grabbed the mashed potatoes I'm so glad I did they were very spicy and had a kick to them that I've never experienced in any other mashed potatoes at first I thought it was just extra black pepper or something come to find out it was Chipotle. If I'm not mistaken. I was blown away by the mashed potatoes a because it's one of my favorite top foods and be the burger was absolutely cooked to perfection... We're staying in the area for 2 weeks from Wisconsin.. It's a great ale house ! nice atmosphere, excellent food, and last night was our server's 1st day. He did a great job! We'll definitely stop in again.
