Zaxbys always hits the spot when going north in Florida. This is a great location basically 3 blocks away off of I 95. Located in the Southeast corner of the outlet mall property easy to find. Food was nice and hot prepared fresh made to order delicious ingredients everything hit right. Only 2 things that I would encourage encourage to work on is the speed or understaffing understanding issue that this location has and also the personnel can smile and be a little more cheerful and welcoming.
Staff is SLOW and RUDE but I’d expect nothing less from a South Floridian. Ordered 2 meals at the drive thru and whatever black girls were working there last night were disgustingly rude. One was delivering orders to parked customers while ON HER CELLPHONE!!!! She should definitely be fired. I asked for Zax sauce that was missing (which is supposed to come with my meal) and she completely ignored me! Do better, Zaxbys. Chick-fil-A would never!
Went for my very first time on a Sunday.. they were really busy.. food was good and fresh.. just think think they could've had more help with their service.. seemed like they could've been short-staffed or something.. as not only was I told to pull to the side to wait for our food, several other cars were too.. then there was a mix- up of orders.. no other complaint besides that.. have more stuff so it's not just 1/2 trying to manage to do everything all by themselves.. thats a lot of pressure to run both drive-thru, cook, front of the store, run the food, etc.. but other than that once it was figured out after the wait, no complaints about the food
The Congress Avenue staff are rude and slow. I spent $38 on a family meal 5/16 @6:30 p.m. I went inside because the drive through line was very long. I waited for over fifteen minutes for my food. I asked what was going on with my food. Counter staff shrugged her shoulders. All the staff clothing looked awful. They looked dirty. One had on PBSC clothing. The food was good but not good enough to endure such terrible service.
Took over 30 minutes from getting to the drive-thru to get my food in the middle of the day. Didn’t get my second sauce so I had to walk in and ask for it. She didn’t respond to me then walked around for a minute doing nothing. Then she came back and asked if I wanted to purchase an extra one. I said I never got the second one I paid for. She rolled her eyes and handed one to me without saying anything. I’m sure they get paid minimum wage but the level of service is way below that. Someone needs to get in there and manage this location as this is not my first bad experience here

This place is horrible, the workers always have an attitude. The service is terrible. They hand you old burned food and expect you not to come back in and ask for fresh food. These employees need to be trained and hire people who like serving people not people who just trying to get a check or, just shut the place down!!!
I’ve never been to a Zaxbys before and was really impressed (at least with this location). The restaurant was super clean and the chicken was tender and I liked the seasoning on the fries. The woman taking our order was super friendly too :)
I gave this place a 1 star only because zero was not an option. I have never done a review for a restaurant in my life but today’s experience was terrible. The staff didn’t care about customers. I ordered boneless wings, grilled chicken sandwiches and fries. I told the young lady taking my order I would like hot fries and was willing to wait for them. Upon receiving my order and testing the fries from each meal they were warm not a single hot fry. Both young ladies just dismissed me when I stated the fries were not hot. The boneless wings were almost cold. Same with the chicken sandwich. It’s as if they were just sitting there all day ( I arrived there around 5:30pm). The drink machine also had no ice. Overall no one seemed to care. Who ever is the franchise owner should be concerned because this type of service will not allow you to remain in business for too long. I hope they will take this review and apply some better training to the employees. I am not sure I want to visit this location again. I usually give 2nd chances but this one is difficult.
I’ve only ate there once. I ‘be only ordered (5) chicken wings to go. They were nasty ?. They tasted as if they boiled the wing in hot water than drenched them in sauce. The wings weren’t crispy. The skin on the wings were was flabby. I only ate three before I wanted to ?. Than threw the last two in the trash.
