It's Zaxby's so it's gonna be good. Reminds me of Raising Canes if RC had more choices. Super good and pretty cheap, can't go wrong.
Y'all need to teach the N. Congress location a thing or two about efficiency and what I would call professional customer etiquette. You guys only took less than five minutes from "how can I help you" to "have a nice day." They took at least 15 minutes, and took the time to talk back to another customer about a drink they'd been asking for for at least five minutes.
Love Zaxby's!!! Moved out of their area so don't go much but when you crave it - You'll find a way!! We went to the one on Okeechobee east of the Turnpike. Service was excellent, as usual. Chicken fingers are delicious, as well as their garlic bread and seasoned fries. Always a great choice!!
I really used to like this location but maybe will avoid it during the lunch rush. The lady at the window was very rude, and they also forgot one of my items.
I usually get the breaded chicken and will from now on. I ordered a cobb salad with grilled chicken and the chicken was rubbery. It tasted like it was not cooked completely.
Just ordered from this zaxbys. And frankly I've never had even the smallest issue with this location. But you guys forgot my cheddar bites and I'm not mad I'm disappointed.
The girl at the drive thru was very polite and professional and the food was great as always
Don’t get me wrong the food is good but LITERALLY every time I order a extra sauce they either charge me for the sauce and don’t give it to me or they charge me don’t give me the sauce I ordered AND TAKE THE FREE SAUCE THEY GIVE YOU like that makes no sense
There was this manager named Kelvin and he was so awesome. I came in to pick up my Uber eats order and he walked with me out to my car to help me carry everything because the store was out of cup holders. He stood there as I got everything into the car and waited and handed me all of my stuff for the order. I was really grateful because not a lot of people have customer service skills like that. I left feeling good and energized and not drained after my experience at zaxbys.
Service was friendly and fast. It was definitely worth the drive from. Food was freshly made. I will definitely go again.
