Ordered Louisiana voodoo fries, the portion was supposed to be a large portion and this is what I was greeted with. Completely unsatisfied, get off of work and this is what they serve, they don’t care about their customers.

With Covid going on and them handing your food to wrong people and then it being brought back to many people in contact with your food.Peter the Owner has horrible Customer Service and they shouldn’t be allowed to own a Franchise or be allowed to use door dash with the amount of times they have given away others food to people.Then they just hang up on you and ask you to call someone else at Door Dash instead of remaking the order to make things right.Advice to your workers look at the phone to see who you are handing the food too.
Just wanted to give a raving review of the General Manager from last night. The food is always hot and fresh but she helped me out tremendously. I'm sad I didn't catch her name to add it to the review. However, I made the mistake of making an online order and setting it to the wrong location which was my error. She was so kind and went out of her way to contact the manager at the location I ordered from and have it cancelled so I can get my money back. I am very appreciative that she went out of her way to do something like that. You don't find many people in the service industry nowadays that will do something so kind and for that I am thankful. Again, the food was wonderful as always. Very nice young people on the staff.
The wings are always great here! Same taste as when I was in college, hasn’t changed in over a decade! Garlic parm and lemon pepper never gets old. Keep up the good work! I would just watch out for the fries, they may not always be fresh, especially by the time you get your order. I’m surprised they don’t have a location serving the FAU campus after all these years, but they have locations all over Florida.
Staff was friendly, but...Soggy/undercooked fries, wings were small and overcooked to the point of being hard.Sauce was good, that's about it.Won't go back.
Extremely limited menu selection, and the food is outright murdered with salt. If they put half as much salt on their chicken and dips, it would still be twice as much as it needs. They also take forever to prepare the food if you don't order in advance.While tasty and affordable eating here will make you liable to be put in the hospital to die of a heart attack and/or of old age between the amount of salt in and the time you spend waiting for the food.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Ordered "Well Done" wings and they were soggy. We paid for carrot sticks and they were not in the order. So my son went back for them and they gave him a mix of celery and carrots a total if of about 6 pieces. We ordered ranch that they didn't give us and I sent my son pick it up as well and they charged him for it. I tried calling the manager but was placed on an extended hold. Not worth it because we won't be back there ever! Unprofessional and no customer service at all!!They give the franchise a bad name!

We put our order in at 7:50, got there at 8:20 and the food hadn’t even been started yet and it was similar to the others who came in. Ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes in the restaurant before it was ready. There are much better and cheaper options that won’t waste your time.
