Absolutely beautiful views of downtown/Intracoastal. Fun atmosphere, great food and amazing drinks made by the bartender Mike - this guy truly loves his job and making sure people are happy! He is super personable and makes amazing cocktails! Ask for his made up concoction called “The Brightline” thanks Mike for actually being a nice, happy bartender when everywhere else downtown the bartenders are all A*holes! ;)
Loved the Treehouse! Restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Canopy Hilton Hotel. Amber was our bartender/waitress throughout her stay. I got the "surf" of the surf and turf omelette. Crab meat, salad, DELICIOUS. I would recommend spending your day at the treehouse. There is indoor or outdoor seating with a great menu with something for everyone!The service did get a little slower as the day went on especially if you were poolside. When I ordered my lunch with my friend only my meal came out and her drinks did not come out as well. You need to be a little more on top of the staff or go to the bar to follow up on your order which got annoying. Other than that, the breakfast and beginning part of the experience was great!
Great view and drinks. Bartenders were super hospitable and gave good drink recommendations. Will definitely be back!!
The layout of the Treehouse is beautiful overlooking the intracoastal and Downtown West Palm Beach, The Square. Bring your bathing suit and take advantage of the rooftop pool on the 13th floor! The food is delicious. Casual wear is perfectly fine.

I went to the canopy (rooftop). Beautiful views of the city. Calamari was good and the lemon tart was very good and not super tart. I got the muddled strawberry drink which was sweet and refreshing. Everything was very tasty and pretty expensive. Valet parking is 16 for 0-8 hours and 30 for overnight I believe. They cut it to half (8) if you buy something from the restaurant. You can pay cash or card. They have this happy hour on cocktails from Sun-thursday but on Wednesday its on wine instead. Overall very nice! Our server was so sweet and lovely, and I think his name was Jose and I hope I'm right. Thank you for your wonderful service!!
We went on a Sunday for a late brunch.Atmosphere: This is a rooftop bar, so it's got that kind of scene with the addition of great views of Downtown West Palm Beach, the Intracoastal, and Ocean. A few buildings in the way but not enough to obstruct views. Young and hip music means this is not a napping spot but it's very chill non the less.Food:Tostones Al Pastor: A decent size meal on the small side, but filling. Tostones were fried properly. The Al Pastor aspect is playing a bit loose with what I think Al Pastor is but the Sauce saved the day. It's essentially shredded pork with a pineapple salsa (light on the pineapple). In either case a great option.Lobster Roll:A small roll size. I don't eat lobster rolls that often but this tasted good. Flavors were there, it had the right amount of sauce and bread. A good middle of the road to above average roll.Service:Above average service. It was fairly empty but staff was very attentive and quick to check on us without being overbearing.Final thoughts:Definitely a nice atmosphere to go and either have a drink and chill for a while or stay and have more than a few drinks. We sat outside so not sure what it would be to eat inside… we prefer the outside scene. BTW they do not have hot drinks.
Very sad with my visit today. I’ve stayed at the hotel and even spent New Years on the rooftop and loved it so much I decided to come for lunch with a friend. Sat at the bar and had the worst service from the bartender. We arrived and it took her at least 10 minutes to get our drink order . We then waited 30 minutes with menus and empty glasses with trash in them and no attention from our bartender. We had to flag her down and gave our food order only for her to tell us that they stopped serving lunch 5 minutes ago….. we had been sitting there waiting for 30 minutes ready to order and she didn’t even care. She was inattentive and seemed like she was genuinely was in outer space and did not care to make our experience any better when we were clearly upset and verbally told her about our dissatisfaction. She simply brushed it off with no sorry or a glimmer of care. As fellow bartenders, who understand what the industry is like, we were beyond disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be back, but we hope others have a better experience.
