Perfect restaurant nestled inside the hotel. I love the Diablo burger. Perfect amount of heat, topped off with a cold beer.
We, a group of three having had a Tony Roma's jones for some years, finally made it, arriving at 3:40 for an advertised opening of 12 noon. It was closed, opening at 4, so we waited. The lights came up and we entered from the coolish hotel lobby into the icy (I kid you not) atmosphere of the restaurant just as The Boss started to blare overhead and a screaming child joined the fray two tables away. So far, so bad.Menus were promptly delivered by the charming Julie and we began to seek the gluttonous delights of the vaunted and notorious TR Onion Loaf, determinedly disregarding the aforementioned music and child, but, alas, to no avail. The truncated menu was a mere shadow of its former glory, all confirmed with some chagrin by Julie, at which point, we took our leave and departed, disappointed, thirsty, hungry, shivering and a little more hard of hearing.
The food was Amazing . Don was very nice also helpful
The food was great. Our server Benjamin took great care of us over the weekend. My one complaint is that the restaurant is too cold
The same thing happened to me. I ordered what read "tenderloin beef ribs" I do not eat pork since about 3 years ago. Thankfully I knew right away they were not beef and took them back to the server at the bar Rose, which took them off my check. I went on 2 other occasions where we got Jolie will not return if she is ever there. The first time, we ordered our drinks and she asked single or double? We said single. She billed double anyways, my friend said something to her and she took it off the bill. We went yesterday and she was bartender again, I should have walked out, but we didn't. I ordered my drink and said single please she said you answered my question, but yet still changed me for double adding 9 more bucks to each drink. My niece got very sick because she ran out of the wine she was drinking and Jolie gave her another kind and charged for it. After about 2 sips she felt sick. Something is up with this bartender I will not go there if she is on again. I plan to get my money back for the shooters and the last glass of wine we did not order . Imagine the people that don't check their bills.i didn't say anything last night and just paid because my niece felt so sick. I wanted to get her home. On the other hand Rose is the sweetest person I've met in the back bar. Will go back to see her.
Be careful to approach this place! I do not eat pork and there is a portion of beef ribs on the menu and so I ordered. I came to the restaurant again to eat and asked again to order beef ribs and was told by the waiter that this dish has not been around for a long time, I explained that I ate it a few days ago at the same restaurant and very lightly he saif that I was probably misled and served pork ribs.On the first visit I was required to leave a tip of 25% of the bill and was told it was a law of the restaurant. On the second visit, the waiter was told that I had probably been lied to as well. The "waiter" was called Julie or something like that.In short, this is a bunch of liars and greedy.
Horrible. The wings are under cooked. The ribs are all bone. No meat at all. Portions are small for the money.I had delivered through Uber Eats and I regret it. I tried to call Tony Romas 3 times and no answer. They must be in financial trouble if the food is this way and can not pay anyone to answer the phone.Stay clear.......
The food is alright ?and the beers are good the only thing is that everything is overpriced for the portions. Value for money it's not worth it in my opinion
I Was excited to try the west palm location since pompano closed. The ribs were just as amazing and Jolie took care of us and she was awesome. She didn’t miss a beat. The restaurant was super clean, food came out quickly and service was great.
I’m not one to complain, but this was exceptionally horrible service.Sat at the bar, which wasn’t busy. In two hours, I was offered one drink by the bartender. I went and found him to ask for a second drink (s glass of wine) which took 15 minutes to pour, because he forgot. I even thanked him (twice), and he didn’t bother to respond.
