The food looks disheveled as the way my cashier was acting, like she didn't want to be there. Bad attitude. Caucasian woman on the heavier side. Plz quit and find a new job. I ordered there and waited, and she handed me the food cold. They sounded like they were having too much of a good time in the kitchen. Why the food cold is beyond me. Chicken tasted like it had potential, rice wasn't fully cooked, and beans was like a thick paste. What makes this place almost 5 stars???

Usually we have a pretty good experience but on 4/29/22 I got nachos (no meat) to go and me and my girlfriend got horribly food poisoning at 3am. We didn't leave the bed the entire next day. We couldn't even keep water down. It was the only thing we shared that day so it had to be that. Usually I love the nachos and taco salad. Just putting this up here in case it happened to others around the same time.

Well, I got food poisoning and so did my coworkers and whoever else shared the food from here. Missed out on work all weekend, had to go to the doctors and they confirmed it. Terrible experience, please please please keep all foods to temp, use proper hygiene, and dispose of any foods that are even the least bit questionable. This could have all been prevented.

Killing Me. Third time I have had issues at the restaurant. I am not sure what has happened here, but you can only blame the work force for so long before you start wondering about management.Last week. Order Shrimp Tacos, but received Fish Tacos with very few chips and half a container of salsa. Wouldn't have been too bad except the fish was mushy and hard to find. Asked for add of jalapenos, got a total of Four. I mentioned to the server since I used to visit several times a week and received, "I will have to charge you for more". The manager was busy - evidently making orders. Not sure is she made mine incorrectly.I just didn't have time to wait another 15 minutes to get a re-order and go back / forth with manager on customer service ---- AGAIN.Shame because we used to like eating at Flats all the time. Now just not worth it.

Ordered a salad and they forgot to give me my dressing abs the lettuce was all brown. I picked it up on my lunch break and did not have time to and take it back or get dressing. Tried to call - it was after 2 was on hold for 10 minutes and the message said no one could take my call and hung up on me .

The customer service sucks. I waited 10 minutes to purchase a soda and there were no customers in the restaurant here in the store and Lee ignored me multiple times when I asked for assistance because she was to busy talking on the phone on the other side of the wall kept saying give me a minute . I understand places are short staff but there were more then 4 people physically in that building including the original girl at the register that left. First and only issue I've had here at any local Tijuana.

It was just okay. I love Tex Mex and this was not it. They do serve Margaritas. So that made the food taste better. I did not eat the beef chimichanga. The chips and guacamole came in clutch. They do have some great sauces that you can try.

Had one person ordering in front of me with only one cashier and I waited 28 mins to place my order.Then the food was not very pleasant to look at.... It was good however it looked like they the everything in a bowl.No one asked if there was anything else we needed.Won't be back to this one location will stick with royal palm or lake Worth.

This is EXACTLY how I opened up my mobile order. Barely any chips and the quesadilla was soggy. Not sure who has been doing the cooking lately but they definitely do not have a clue as to what portioning is. I used to love eating here, but my last few visits have been very disappointing. May have to consider eating at Lime from now on for lunch.

I attempted to place an order online for pick up, and the wait time was 23 mins. So I decided to go inside and place a to-go order which the wait was 15 mins. I swiped my card for $48.28. They said the POS screen went blank and did not process. I checked my bank account, and it went through. I let them know and Mike the manager and Sam the other guy ends up telling me that they have to charge my card AGAIN. Basically $100 gone. I already told them that my card was charged and they said that I would have to swipe my card AGAIN. I am highly dissatisfied and will most likely not come back nor recommend others that I am not coming back. If you do decide to place and order make it online and it’ll save you the hassle of being charged twice.
