Kept seeing this place pop up and we are huge fans of Red Crab but wanted to try out another place and we 1,000 regretted every second of it. Should have been a red flag when we walked in the door to practically no one here on Mothers Day of all days!Got sat right away but then was not attended to for at least 15 minutes which is a long time. No hello, no can I get you a drink, no eye contact, no nothing. Eventually, an Asian man caught eyes with us (possibly the owner) and he then had the hostess scurry over to take out order. She was very nice but definitely was not a server.The food finally came out. The house sauce was not good at all. It had a weird spice flavor we could not pinpoint and was oddly sweet. The one dinky piece of sauce they put on the plate was nasty!!! It tasted almost like liver. As if it’s been in the boiler for a week just waiting to get served. My daughter immediately spit it out after one chew into it. Everything was flavorless even with their sauce. The only good thing was the corn but how can you go wrong with boiled sweet corn? We paid for a $60 plate to maybe eat 1/4 of it. We just couldn’t do it.The icing on the cake was we noticed we got charged $2 extra on the bill for headless shrimp but never asked for anything headless so we asked the server about it and she said they don’t have head on shrimp that comes with the meal so it automatically gives you the headless and they STILL charge the $2 even though we don’t even have a choice and it was their issue. Such BS.Final Story is Terrible Service, Terrible Food. Save your money. Go to Red Crab or somewhere else. NOT HERE!
Arianna, our server is awesome. The food was delicious and the prices are affordable, the portions could be a little bigger, if you have a big appetite. Seasoning was the right level of heat.
I picked this place for a birthday dinner since the menu looked cool. I had a huge party and we spend $1000 easy on drinks and food. Place was empty and we got a table with a non English speaking server who was sweet but after putting in our order it just got worse. Food was served raw and undercooked. We asked for help nobody was around to see what the concerns were. We asked for a manager and was told that the manager also speaks no English. This place is not a Latin or Asian cuisine place for no server or manager to be able to communicate especially when we were spending an obscene amount of money. We were told the manager also cooks LOL and can’t address the issue. Some other server said our server was basically lying and she was actually the manager. This female manager had plenty of servers standing around while she was not available but took the largest party to serve and add her own gratuity in while her staff made no money. We asked for the checks and it took her over an hour to do this. So raw food poor service and a bunch of unprofessional things went on DO NOT WASTE your time or money here!
Ate here 2x and both times the food was great. Will come back here a third time.

Don't order online from this place. I placed an order for Blue Crabs and pasta for $130. When I got the restaurant they explained there was no blue crabs and gave me my 2 orders of pasta & 2 orders of bread. I placed a new order for other crabs spending twice as much. After much debate of explaining the 1st order wasn't Refunded they provided me $63 of the $130 already paid. They didn't include the sides I repaid, the tax and the tip I added back in the 2nd bill, basically paying $60 for 2 sides of pasta & bread with a ton of aggravation. Food was decent.
