Legume is not authentic watery not thick and bean sauce is watery with no beans in sight. Rice is starchy and tasteless. No good couldn’t even finish half of it.
I've eaten at a lot of Haitian restaurants and this is one of my favorites! Haven't been disappointed by them yet but order ahead!

I ordered two Griot, two pate kode and a macaroni from DoorDash. Everything was disgusting. First of all the macaroni was ice cold on the inside. I don’t know if it was frozen or what but when I bit into it I lost my appetite. The Griot was Over seasoned! The pate kode was not the real thing. They took shortcuts with the dough (pre-frozen ) and it only had ground beef in it. Real pate has eggs, peppers and onions along with the meat. This is my first and last time buying from this restaurant. Such a disappointment.
They don’t make authentic Haitian pate kodè the premade dough is store bought.. no filling inside very disappointed..
The grio was to dry couldn't even eat it. I had to throw it away. Thank God for them cause it was doordash.

Wonderfully fresh and spicy. Not spicy burn your tongue out, but spicy flavor packed. The hostess/owner is charming and willing to explain what defines the menu. These Covid days are hard on business owners, so call in an order to support these people. You’ll be glad that you did.
