Shaw from GCG in West Palm was AWESOME!! He took care of my family of 11 with great service and a friendly attitude. We come to West Palm every June and this was our first time trying GCG and we will be coming back as a vacation tradition! Thank you for everything.

This place is amazing!! I love all there grilled cheeses and the cookie ice cream sandwich is one of my favorites. Nancy is such an amazing person, she kindly explained her favorites and the most popular items on the menu. She checked on me twice after the food was delivered and has excellent customer service and attentiveness. I will be back definitely and will recommend this place to my friends and family.
I was thrilled to go as the reviews were so amazing. Fries tasted a day old and undercooked. No flavor to the sandwiches unless you added the sauce. The Mac and cheese tastes like Publix’s with extra cheese melted on. We got our food to go and there is no phone number for the Mt. Dora location to call and address any issue. Within 10 minutes of leaving we sat for a picnic and the food was already cold. Very disappointed.

I had a cancer follow up appointment with the Cleveland clinic. We were hungry and looking for something to have for Linner (lunch / dinner). We found 3 restaurants that the websites showed them as open but they were no longer there. My wife found the Grilled Cheese Gallery on line in a sketchy neighborhood so we were concerned. To our surprise it was a wonderful experience with great options (almost to many to choose from). The food was delicious, the service was wonderful!!! If you want a treat give Grilled Cheese Gallery a try! Only complaint was in the Lobster grilled cheese sandwich, couldn’t taste any lobster.
I had a great experience. We stopped on whim and so happy we did. Nancy greated us and made us feel very welcomed. She gave us great recommendations. The food hit the spot and would highly recommend my friends and family to visit. The crafted beers were delicious highly recommend the IPAs on tap. The Asian cowboy is a great recommendation as well.
My husband and I are from MN and wanted to find a fun place to go for lunch. The name of the restaurant intrigued us and it made us crave a grilled cheese sandwich. When we walked in we were so warmly greeted by, we think the owner. The menu was so varied that I said I was overwhelmed. He said he would help us out and we went by his recommendations. The gentleman who delivered our beautifully presented sandwiches was equally as charming with his great big smile and easy chatter with us. OMG, after our first bight we were in food heaven!! Never have we had grilled cheese/Mac sandwiches like this and now all I can think of is, when can I get back there for an encore! I highly recommend you patronize this amazing establishment, not only for the warmth and quality of food, but to help keep small restaurants be successful in these most challenging times. I hate that I don’t have a GCG where I live! The nearest one is about 45 minutes away. Today, I ventured down to West Palm for an appointment. I arrived early and used the occasion to get some of my fave grilled cheese.The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean and swanky. I ordered the lavender lemonade. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was yummy. The staff said they boil lavender add lemons and then sweeten the lemonade. I drank it all and got a top off before I left. I didn’t take a picture of my food before I wolfed it down. I order the Queen Brie, and it is divine.When I told Nancy how much I love GCG and that I had traveled from my home in Palm Bay to Port St. Lucie just to have their food, she brought out the cook. I was able to talk to him about the St. Augustine location, Where I was first acquainted and even learned that a new location would be soon open in Miami. Thanks so much for making my trip to West Palm wonderful today.
nice atmosphere, nice selection and vegan friendly! it was a creative take on a great and nostalgic food. i think pricing is a little steep but it’s definitely unique and speciality. the blonde woman working at the front was really nice and knowledgeable. if you like sandwiches it’s a cool spot to try something a little different.
