Since moving to west palm I have been this restaurant several times, and the Fish is always so rotten or stale. Fish is a very serious food and can cause illnesses when consumed rotten or undercooked. They need to stop this practice and buy and sell fresh fish. DO BETTER!

I came here a week ago and bought some soup and found a fly laying in it disgusting, fast forward today I ordered a small jerk chicken, and the jerk chicken looked burnt and had no flavor, it’s supposed to be spicy and flavorful, I know this because I make my own sometimes, plus the customer service is horrible, I’m from New York Where there is a plethora of great Jamaican spots for some reason it’s only a few in Palm Beach that are decent and Dutch pot is a hit or miss, if you’re looking for great jerk chicken go to Caribbean choice on military, they do it right over there, just a year ago I was living in Miami, even the Jamaican food service down there is better, I don’t know what’s going on in this part of town, seems like too much ego not enough quality. ???
Please avoid this location!The food is bland and definitely not worth the price. Better spend money elsewhere for flavor and WAY better service. Imagine going through a drive thru with NO menu board. Then the lady catches an attitude that I point it out and now have questions about the menu/prices. When I paid with a debit card she asked to see my ID. Why? I’m borderline afraid of identity theft now. And had to double check what I was charged. When have you ever been carded for oxtails? Never again.
I am new in West Palm Beach and was craving Jamaican food. I figured being this far south, I should be able to get some great Jamaican food. I was wrong!I placed an order of escovitch fish, jerk chicken, and a beef patty. The fish and jerk chicken were absolutely awful! They were both extremely dry and tasteless and must have been sitting around all day. The rice and beens was just as bad! Jamaican food is known for its spices, well, neither the chicken nor the fish were seasoned, and neither was the rice and beans. The beef patty was OK and it is the only thing I ate. I spent $53.00 and ended up only eating the beef patty!If you love Jamaican food, avoid this place.
I've purchased food at this restaurant many times and have been quite satisfied. However, I've purchased jerk pork a few times and have been more disappointed each time. Despite previously calling to complain to the manager, they continue to fill the dinner plate with a ton of fat and just a couple pieces of lean meat. So gross! Never again! Do better!
