The food was good and they were fairly quick. Some Taco Bell’s take a while. If you order on the app and pick up in the drive thru it’s even faster. Good location too.
Don't give bad ? reviews but everytime I go to this location managed to mess up my orders. Today did a online order pickup in store get there the door's are locked go through the drive-thru lady didn't understand what I was saying. So I try to reorder 2 cheesy beef burritos so they mess up again unbelievable.
The drive thru attendant was amazing. She said her name was on the receipt and it said Mobile lol well she was awesome. As for the food it was hot and delicious but they forgot the sour cream on my taco Supreme that is the reason for the 4 star rating.
Cinnamon twist taste old n like old fry grease. Like it just smells like they were stored behind the fryer on the floor ..for a year. . n they found them. .n was like ..yeah they still good. Sale them.
For some reason this restaurant decided not to open this morning when I came by at 9:35 am on Thursday 05/26/2022.
Messed up my order twice. The woman was extremely rude when she was made aware and then gave me my missing item with the wrong item. While waiting they were being rude to the client in front of me in regards to paying.
I asked for a hard shell taco because they forgot to give it to me the first time I went thru the drive, then when I came back making them aware that they forgot the hard shell taco that came with my meal they gave me just a hard shell, no meat or fixings 4/18 /22 11:00pm
Very disappointed. I was running a quick errand during my lunch hour and stopped in to grab something for lunch.For some inexplicable el reason, the place was only serving via drive through and they were dreadfully slow.The crunchy cheesy gordita was neither crunchy nor cheesy and it was COLD. Skip the new fries, they taste like overly-recycled grease.Not going back to this TB ever.
I had to tap in to my inner Karen and contact corporate.I sent my husband there with my “we messed up” coupon from Taco Bell corporate from a previous issue at this location.The employee that was dealt with tonight, must only have a 5th grade education. Anyone with common sense or anyone who can READ, should have been able to use this coupon. It was even read out loud to this individual.Anyways, I wasn’t able to use it. I did receive the wrong order, though. Not surprised. This is why I was sent this magical coupon in the first place.This kid gave me chicken instead of beef. Please. Who orders chicken from Taco Bell?I know it’s so hard to find decent employees, but I’d rather have none and run a place by myself than to have ignorant employees who lack common knowledge.People like this cost businesses money.
