This Subway, a notable franchise, is the first of any "big" company that's a restaurant with a five star review from Adventurous Loner.During the visit, the service and speed was surprising, in a good way. I ordered a foot long sub and the preparation by Africa was perfect. He wasn't even close. He got it spot on. He spread my choices evenly throughout the sub to ensure a consistent taste while eating in its entirety. Add to that when I grabbed the chips he checked the bag, discovered a hole, and told me to get another because they might be stale. It's the subtle things that separate a four and a five star for me. Africa, prevented a negative experience and made the already positive one better with that. Lastly, he and the other employee work well in unison preparing, serving and taking orders. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
First time at this location- there’s an outstanding employee I had to shoutout - Nicole. You can tell when someone’s holding the business together. In my 20 minute experience inside this woman just radiated warmth, professionalism and great customer interaction acknowledging I assume regulars on a first name basis. There wasn’t a moment she was still, just absolutely running the show. Personally, I’ve been to subway a hundred times and have had the the same sub a hundred times but was honestly keen on sharing my experience today because of this woman. Go Nicole ?

This is by far THE BEST subway in Palm Beach County. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and they are impeccably clean and extremely kind and courteous. The staff always greets you with a warm smile that can be seen, heard, and felt even behind their mask! The management truly cares about their store and especially their customers. I wish Google had more than 5 stars because this Subway location deserves 100!!
