Impeccably clean with great customer service. When the bathrooms sparkle you know you're in a good spot!

Solid Starbucks. Generally friendly staff with a cool atheistic. Biggest issue is how the orders are prioritized. They always do pick up orders first so it will often leave you waiting 5 plus minutes for a basic coffee. Not the staffs fault just more of a Starbucks thing. Most of the time the people who are picking up aren’t even there to get their order! Over all good. 5 stars for the staff 3 stars for the overall company
The barista “Kia” had a total attitude … she said my hot decaf would take 5 minutes … and it took 15 and when I got it it was lukewarm … I objected and she copped an attitude about “I told you it would take longer” … and then finally gave me a new one with another “I told you so” … Kia does NOT understand customer service at all and should be trained or fired …

A gazillion people working and no bold coffee 9:00 a.m. The manager put a new person on register. Deliah flitters around being in the way. One register open and Deliah is playing with cups. Deliah was supposed to be getting my simple coffee order but she still playing with cups. Once I asked for a refund, then the "manager" ( do better) decided to get my simple coffee order. I leave, Deliah still playing with cups. Coffee good. Service needs improvement.
I'm a loyal kind of girl. Monday-Friday. Usually always with a tip, but alteast 2 days a week, my coffee isn't there, food missing. I wait 15 minutes and then say something. Still get an attitude from the employees. Then when it's made its ALWAYS missing the expresso shots I pay extra for. Sadly I think I will be ending my business with this location.
This Starbucks is so inconsistent. I ordered ahead this morning on the app and pull up to the drive thru window 5mins after my pickup time and had to sit there and watch as they make my drink. WTH was the point of ordering ahead! It’s just a hit or miss and I come to Starbucks for the consistency so please plan better.
Ordered online and got there 5 mins earlier than pick up time and yet I still sat in the curbside spot for 30+ minutes waiting for one drink. It’s supposed to be fast and even when busy I understand a wait but gosh they suck. I couldn’t even get a refund on the order that i never got.
