Very rude. Bad customer service. DO NOT recommend coming here if you enjoy the usual atmosphere that Starbucks is known for.
Very nice Starbucks with very nice staff.My food and drinks were made quickly and to the T.It's situated in a very high density area and the foot traffic is very light.The location isn't visible but it has very nice furniture and very nice patrons.Overall I would recommend if your in the area to stop here. There's a parking garage right around the corner.Don't go here if your not in the mood to be around a ton of people................
Disappointing and mediocre service, no prioritizing of customer’s needs. The employee Zeeshaun was talking to the barista Alyssa about himself clocking out in a hour. His excitement towards leaving was vastly superior to his commitment to serving loyal customers. Two of the employees pass by my already prepared drink multiple times to accommodate others who ordered after me. I patiently waited an excessive amount of time for them lid my drink and place it on the counter. This behavior is simply unacceptable.
Store was filthy. Employee looked like he/she hated working there. Milk sitting out on bar. All in all got a bad taste after walking in so we left. Employees still forced to wear a face gag-sad!
Loved the ambiance and the view at this Starbucks. And they made my hot Chai tea latter perfectly. And the staff was super friendly. Boss vibes.

The new Starbucks at Rosemary Square is a beautiful addition! Always busy! The staff did a great job taking care of the constant line. I would have gone crazy! Only 3 staff !Service with a smile! Ample seating inside and covered outside seating! Bring your pups!My only negative is it needs cleaning. Absolutely not the staffs fault. Customers need to clean up after themselves. The staff were very busy serving the customers.But I guess the sanitizing between customers is long gone..I ordered a regular coffee and the mini vanilla bean scone..Of course the coffee was delicious and I love those mini scones.The music was perfect! Lite jazz to golden oldies to Smoky Robinson! Fabulous!I was lucky I got there before the Dreyfoos School let out.I highly recommend!

I waited 35 minutes and watched 4 people who came after me get their drinks while I sat there and waited. I eventually just left and never got my drink. At that point I was getting angry and just didn’t care anymore. This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with the service at that location. I will never go there again.
