Can’t say that I care for Starbucks coffee but they’re unsweetened iced green tea is palatable. Was surprised to find this Starbucks over on the side of town. Glad it’s here.
The drive-thru can get crowded in the morning. However, I will say whenever I have placed pick-up orders, they have always been ready super quickly.
This STARBUCKS in the Antique Row District in West Palm Beach is so architecturally pleasing so modern and new.The staff is very professional always working and cleaning. Such a joy to visit a place with professional customer service and people that take pride in their work.

Horrible customer service. Horrible. Went to grab a cappuccino this morning and it was made incorrectly, which isn’t a big deal. However, the drive thru line was ridiculously long and didn’t have time to change it. The Cashier w/ the headset seemed very irritable when I asked her to reheat Croissants since I was in the line so long & it was cold. She handed the croissant back to me w/ such disdain. Called and spoke to the shift manager Cynthia, and she was apologetic and told me she’d comp my next drink so I thanked her.Went back around 1pm and there was a new cashier and w/ the same attitude. I’m starting to see that it’s the culture of this specific Starbucks franchise and I will not be going back there which is such a shame since it’s the closest one to my home.
☕️ It’s a regular nice Starbucks.? It stands out with it’s cool outdoor seating. With very nice design decisions. Interior is nice and spacious as well.
The breakfast wrap was good but the coffee looked like the took it from the mop bucket. I ordered a nitro cold brew with almond milk and they gave me espresso with melted ice and weird particles floating in it. I didn’t notice the particles till I parked at work and had already suffered through half of the coffee before I threw it out. Very disappointed. :-(

Their drive thru traps u You can’t get out and it takes 45 minutes to get your drink only to find it’s made wrong
Literally the slowest drive through option...no matter tlwhqt time of day....no matter what you order.Very I fortunate it's been like this for a while now. Every other Starbucks I go to never has issues like this.
