Nora was on shift at the time and it was 8am only open for 2 hours not even enough time for a reason to be rude yet she was nothing but rude we greeted her she ignored us and said “name and what do u want” as she finishes our food and drinks she puts them on the counter and says nothing i had to go make sure it was mine and take it just all around i feel she shouldnt be in customer service its not hard to be respectful
My bagel came unsliced so i had to tear it in half with my hands like an animal. Other than that was delightful.
The lady was alone. Came out with the garbage can. Put the liner in than proceeded to make my sandwich. I asked her to wash her hands! She rinsed them. I asked her again to wash her hands with soap, she thought that wasn’t necessary since she rinsed already. After that she didn’t say much. Is it really too much to ask to wash hands with soap after handling garbage and before serving food?
The cashier was friendly and the guy who made my drink was too until I asked him for a cup of ice. It was as if I was annoying him or costing him money ?. They could’ve been a bit cleaner too. There was pieces of food on the floor as if they haven’t swept before leaving last night or starting this morning.
Not very friendly service, not rude they just don’t say much. Coffee was extremely hot as if it has been sitting for a very long time and burnt tasting. Line was not long and service was quick . Would have waited for fresh coffee though. I also asked for receipt and wasn’t given one
Asked for a pistachio Frappuccino and got something hot labeled on the cup pistachio Frappuccino. They said they could fix it but I would have to wait in line again. Very long line. I drink whatever it was.
They were not very attentive, and they basically threw my drink at me. I wasn't even sure the cashier had completed my order. She just walked away

ordered a sausage egg and cheese and they gave it to me ice cold, was not cooked at all. They didn’t say anything rude to me but I witness the staff being rude to other customers. Not worth the wait
I asked for a venti and she rung me up as a grande. When I asked if she could make it a venti, she told me that the ticket said grande. I said “I know that, i’m saying she rung me up wrong.” The cashier woman started raising her voice at me and called me ‘mama’ for some reason. TLDR they refused to just put some more milk in my drink to make it a venti. I literally work at a Starbucks and if it were us, we would just remake it the correct size. If you’re in the airport craving coffee just get a soda or something instead. Not worth it.Oh and also I asked for light ice and they ignored me, shocker
