Starbucks is supposed to be an environment that is welcoming and enjoyable. My family and I have been to this Starbucks location a handful of times and each time the customer service is awful, but usually from just one particular person. It’s a very uncomfortable experience each time when “Rebecca” never greets us with a smile or says anything at all and just glares even when we try to be friendly and smile! It puts a very poor image on the company... It is very unprofessional and rude and that’s why I won’t be coming back. There are always different employees working and I have encountered some very sweet people that have been helpful and kind that I appreciated so much, however it’s not worth having to deal with someone as rude and miserable as Rebecca! This is clearly not the right industry to be in if you can’t be friendly! It truly makes it hard to even want to sit and enjoy my drink in there. There’s plenty of other coffee shops with better energy and other locations with employees that are in great spirits.
Finally open and nice inside . Very clean but they took the big couch chairs away and more tables . Miss the old employees but we got to give new ones a try . A lot of parking and WiFi works
I usually never write negative reviews but I ordered my drink TEN minutes prior to me getting there because the one down the street on the other side of the turnpike was closed ! So I ordered here and I get inside and this young Caucasian boy was literally in there moving like a TURTLE making a drink ! And it’s like 8 ppl standing around. The other employee a young lady she grabbed a online order ticket and made a drink in no time ! Lol he does not need to be working in Starbucks if he’s going to take 3 minutes to make ONE drink ! Literally insane !. But the girl that made my coffee was great and it taste awesome ??
There are a few Starbucks to choose from in this area. I choose this one when I can. Stephanie always greets us with a smile and sunny conversation. If we have any issues with our drinks she fixes it immediately. I've never left here dissatisfied. You can't go wrong if you choose this Starbucks

Not sure why they filled up the grande mocha I got half way. Didn’t notice until I had left the store. Makes no sense.
It’s a Starbucks. Same as every Starbucks. Friendly staff.
