I had a very bad experience. I had ordered a high tea for three after being discharged from the hospital after major surgery. I was unable to attend a wedding where there would have been a high tea and ordered this high tea to celebrate with them from home. Very disappointed in our high tea. The food was disgusting, the scones crumbled and were burnt, the sandwiches were tasteless, and the cakes were tiny and nobody knew what they were. The soup looked like pink water and the clotted cream was like cement. I would never recommend this place ever again. I want my money back! I have to give one star because it won't let me give 0, unfortunately. I would rather go to Publix and order food from them. Whatever was on the plate, tasted the same. Very, very, very disappointed.
Big thank you to Audrey and staff for making my daughter”s bridal shower so special. I highly recommend Serenity Gardens as a venue for their excellent food, atmosphere, and warm spirit. Especially delish are the scones, soup and quiche. I will be making this a frequent go to for lunch with friends and looking forward to trying other menu items and the many teas on offer.

The scones were amazing! The decor is very unique and cozy. They have a great selection of teas from the traditional to modern wellness mixes. We arrived too late for lunch but will definitely come back.

Honestly the worst customer service experience in my life.The owner, OWNER, was so rude.I have a lot of food restrictions due to medical problems so I had to ask questions regarding ingredients in the menu items.The owner was so impatient and LASHED OUT at me, cutting me off saying "Can you just tell me what you want?"So when I ordered she immediately turned away from me, cut me off again and tried to quickly get my friends order as fast as she could.She tried to half apologize and say, "Sorry, I'm tied up" and "I also have a party I have to take care of"I don't think I have ever been so disrespected by a cafe OWNER. I'm here to pay for service.You can't value one customer over another. If you're short on staff, hire more people.I will NEVER be coming back again.
Love this place! So nice to just sit and relax with a friend, drinking tea and eating delicious food. The decor is so quaint and it was an all around relaxing atmosphere. We really can't wait to go back! Thank you again!
Had a wonderful experience here with the holiday high tea. The food was all fantastic, the presentation was beautiful, and it is a great place to be around. They were super accommodating with us as well. We tried the blueberry brûlée tea which was so amazing. The sweet potato and pear soup was some of the best soup we’ve ever had. All of the staff are so down to earth and helpful. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone in the area and will be coming back! Thank you for making this such a great experience!
