Had a team lunch here. Good service. They did mess up a co-workers order but he was still able to eat. Chicken katsu was good. Really like how much veggies they add along with an egg. They're overly generous with the rice. Wait staff come around frequently to refill drinks.

Table with 9 people, I bought extra rice. Guys used 8 eggs for the rice, but gave about 5 to the person who bought rice with xtra egg. Conclusion: 3 eggs for 8 people. Ridiculous! I try to tell him that wasn’t right and got no where! By the way, there was no show!Not coming back!!!!

I had eaten here a few times and have told countless people about how good and delicious the food was. I even had Hibachi to go and it was still fantastic. One of those times was not very good but I was craving it so I figured I'd give it another shot. I got my food only to be extremely disappointed. The rice was rock hard the vegetable soggy and the chicken cold as ice. I tried to salvage it considering this was our dinner and a few bites in I looked down at the chicken that was still in the original container untouched to find hair in it. I was immediately disgusted and called the restaurant. A younger girl answered the phone and after I told her she started laughing and said she had just got there "what do you want me to do about it". I then spoke to the manager and he said thanks for the feedback and hung up. I will never go back there and I hope everyone reads this and watches the food be made in restaurant so you don't have the same issue as we did. I am appalled.

No TakeoutI was shocked to hear when calling one of our favorite takeout spots to place an order that the new policy is you have to go to the restaurant, pay and then they will start making your food. Where we would have to sit at the restaurant for 20 minutes. Which defeats the whole purpose of take out . ( Mean while the new policy was mentioned after asking for my number as well as asking for my order which was a bit confusing)This is such an inconvenience for your customers that have places to be.I even offered to pay over the phone to avoid themtaking a loss in money/food which was the whole reason of the policy being put in place the associate explained. Which is not allowed either.With this new policy.. it looks like we won’t be enjoying this restaurant anymore.I hope they reconsider this new policy in the future.

The worst hibachi I've ever had...Hate to be harsh, but I grew up eating Japanese and hibachi and this is by far the worst hibachi I've ever had. Over cooked, under-seasoned, lackluster food. Definitely NOT worth the giant price tag. I've had way better for half as much money. What a terrible waste. While the hibachi chef was good with his knife and egg tossing flairs, he was slow and hesitant when cutting up the onions and other foods on the grill. Everything was cooked in nothing but oil, WAY too much butter, a few shakes of pepper, and a splash of soy sauce. Even the rice was bad. The grains were so overcooked that they were crunchy. Nobody wants crunchy fried rice! Wish I could get my money back.

Ordered hibachi to go , it was not good at all . The meat tasted funny and so did the shrimp . I'm only giving four stars because of the hospitality of both of the host

Service is very average. The food looks awful. The presentation is terrible. I would never come back. I would never bring friends or family here, or a date. Tastes pretty average. Chefs need to up their game massively. Sorry if it sounds harsh but very fair.

This was a great place and the food is what to be expected for a hibachi steakhouse. It is A busy establishment so wait times can vary but that’s to be expected. They have a 18% gratuity added but to me that is the norm and a lot of reviews are giving low stars because if that. If you can’t afford to tip you can’t afford to go out. For reference an 18% tip on a $100 bill is $18. If you can’t afford $18 you shouldn’t be eating out and you definitely shouldn’t be brings a business down because you are living above your means. This place has its issues but nothing outrageous. Food was good quality and tasteful, service was attentive and satisfactory, and you get what you pay for. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The food was AMAZING!! The drinks were good too. The only reason I'm giving a 4, is because I've seen better hibachi chef's performances and it took forever to get a drink from servers. But I would 100% go back.

Absolutely disrespected this afternoon while trying to have a nice lunch with my wife. We came in shortly after it opened. We were the only ones seating in the dining area. Server gave us one lunch menu, my wife and I asked for another menu to view. She rolled her eyes and hesitated a bit before dragging one of the large poster menus and placing it up against our table. Almost to the point we couldn’t get out. My wife has a vision impairment and has difficulties hence why we asked for a menu. Horrible experience, this restaurant has historically had great service at all times of day. Unbelievable and extremely disappointed.
