I'm 72 years old and as a kid about 16 years old I worked here at Rich's ice cream plant, they had the best ice cream of all kinds.
On Wednesday I was hired by a company called VoltWorkForceSolutions to work for this factory and already on Thursday this lady named Maritza who is supposedly the supervisor disrespected me saying that I was of no use to her and she took me out of the factory I see very rude That they make people waste their time in this way and treat the employee like that for no reason. This woman has no education to work in that position.

The employee are very nice they really care about you when just coming. They are very clean, good sanitation stuff,

Worked for Rich's ice for three weeks they very unsanitized very dangerous place to be in. Not to mention they don't respect a hard working person at all they let other employees dictate who to keep around wheather good or bad. Pepe does not practice GMP or follow IOP .Thanks and God bless
