Lol....... had the most impersonal Hostess we have every had in any restaurant ever! No personality at all.The restaurant was extremely COLD so if you come bring a sweater or long sleeve....We ordered a light meal and were surprised at how the salads have shrunk. (see pictures) True it has been a few months since we visited our local Red Lobster but in those months something went totally.....I ended up ordering a lobster "pizza" and the crust was so salty i ended up just eating the toppings off the crust (which was fantastic).whilce was great and favorable.My wife ordered the a lobster tale, baked potato and Ceasar Salad...Both her salad and the lobster tale were pitifully small....Good luckwhen you visit this loc
We were greeted to our table very nice host. Then our 1st encounter with our waiter was not very pleasant he was not on the same page as us He came and served us water asked us if we wanted to drink but did not even notice we did not have napkins or silverware on the table we had to ask Then I had to ask more napkins And then my wife's drink was a strawberry Margarita who's overwhelming with salt it was in the bottom of the glass when we told him he got offended really Then the bartender was kind enough to make another one and bring it back to us but our waiter did not tell her again no salt on the glass yes not her fault she apologized came back and brought a perfect drink for my wife thank you bartender Needless to say my experience was not very pleasant there My salmon was very fishy I was not even gonna waste my time to tell the waiter he really didn't care You almost act like you didn't even want to be there. Our waiter's name was Richard an older gentleman You made it a very unpleasant experience.
Where do I start...First the biscuits, they've changed. We didn't see the cheese inside them like we use to. No salted butter on top either. Asked waiter for fresh biscuits and got barely warm ones. There went the best part of Red Lobster.Food was mediocre at best, out of the 3 of us dinning 2 were missing items from their order. Baked potatoes were under cooked and hard.Fish came out raw, when we asked for it to be cooked more it came out all dried out.The other thing is we were in the restaurant on at Wed at 12:30 in the afternoon and the place was empty.That says a lot !

Order to go and my pasta was dry with no sauce. I was only 4 minutes away from where I pick it up. Everything else was good. Over all not bad.
The service can definitely be improved. They have staffing challenges and customer service can be much better. So if you’re going to dine in, have patience. Your biscuits and meal will still be hot and tasty.
Okay so, the food was decent but the service needs a lot of work. Had to pack up my own to gos by myself at the table and was told to pay with the machine on the table with all my plates laying there in front of me it was very frustrating I ended up accidentally knocking over a glass of water because the table was full of plates and made an even bigger mess! And the silverware was polished by me it was disgusting when I opened the napkin. I posted some pictures but the way the table is so nice and clean is what I did to make it look nice the servers had no part and actually they really need more people and more training. Disappointing, at least the bread and my fresh lobster was good.
I go to Red Lobster on Palm Beach Lakes often. I get fried clams for my Mom who is in Assisted Living and Monica the manager goes above and beyond to make her order special, delicious and on time. We’re on a first name basis because I’m there so often, can’t go wrong with Palm Beach Lakes Red Lobster. You become a part of the Red Lobster family with all of them. Restaurant is kept Clean, always friendly staff, great food with no wait and it’s the GREAT MANAGER MONICA, and all of the above that keeps me coming back. Big shout out and THANK YOU to all the workers because they really do make it a great time with delicious food and surroundings. ??5 stars here and I’m extremely picky.

Although understaffed, as most restaurants these days thanks to the current Biden regime paying folks to stay home, all staff went over and beyond to offer very good service and fresh tasty meal. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!!!
