OMG! i always wanted to try ramen like I see on Japanese anime, but I could never find a place. I didn’t even knew this place existed until yesterday. So I order some ramen, and I was incredible! My goodness I never had a ramen so go in my life. The shop is just a small hole on the wall but boiii can they make some good ramen. The food was hot, the portions were generous, price was i but high but now a days everything is high lol. The only thing I would change will be the size of the dumplings. They were really small. But other than that I’m extremely happy with this place. If you are looking for some good Japanese style ramen in west palm beach this is the place to go to. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep going to this place.

Food was great but the server was Ill attentive and passive aggressive.. I think she said maybe 3 words besides let me get my manager when we sent back our appetizer that came out after our food and we saw the buss boy tell her not to bring it. SUPER awkward.. waited about an hour for our food.

Last night I had the Vegan Ramen and it was delicious! I highly recommend it- great to have a vegan option that isn't just a veggie burger. Also, I appreciate that the ramen comes in a compostable bowl and they offer wooden chopsticks. It's great to be able to eat out and have it be plastic-free. Would love to see the Ramen Lab Eatery upgrade their other utensils to be plastic free as well :)

I got the red curry ramen with pork belly. It was thick, not like a regular ramen, but it was so good and flavorful, spicy and not super filling. I will definitely be back to try another one.

ordered takeout, the pork bao buns are amazing. pork was crispy and juicy, sauce was sweet and complimented it great, cucumber was fresh and crunchy, bread soft and not too sweet. korean beef bowl was the best, i do recommend adding pork belly and a fried egg as well as extra sriracha. best food i've had in a very long time, please go support!

I have ordered from the a couple times but last week I placed an order online for pickup on delivery.com. I arrived at the Public grandview market at the scheduled time and there order tablet said they were closed. The only person there was the guy restocking who didn't work there. There was no one there to let me know about my order. So I contacted support and they said they were preparing my food to call the manager. I was given the manager's phone number called him numerous time no one answered. And when I left they finally called me back and tried to blame me for not picking up the food telling me they were in the back like I work there and I was suppose to know when they had a sign saying they were closed. They said they would call me back and guve me my money back and they never did.

$46 for 2 vegan ramen bowls (plus ramen egg), and an order of veggie dumplings. I asked how it came out to be so much and they’ve apparently raised their prices but haven’t changed their menu to reflect that. Nice staff, but please, change your menu so people know what to expect. Also, the ramen was nowhere near worth spending $46. Insaaaaaanely overpriced. Not going again. The only reason they’re so busy is because they’re inside of Grandview.

Outstanding ramen. Not cheap, but worth it. The Tongkotsu was perfect. Pork cooked to perfection. The shop looks simple but don’t judge it by it’s cover!

It’s alright. The flavors to me were a bit over powerful. It tasted a bit too flavorful. I’m not sure of their exact ingredients but it was very very brothy tasting, almost like an oodle of noodle flavor packet. If I could share advice with them I would say simpler on the flavors…
