Waited half an hour and no signs of movement from the staff at the counter. Went through the drive thru only to be told the drive thru was now closed. Went back to the front counter and waited another 10 minutes before they even started helping the people in front of me. Popeyes makes some of the best chicken ever, but they offer the worst and slowest service by far.
Good and fresh af!Sometimes when eating out and after making and receiving the order, if it is not prepared as the time before or the reason for my return it makes me want to ask for my money back or a discount or to redo it. That's not the case here. The occasional times I have visited this location the food is always fresh out of the grease fresh! Keep it up! Always satisfied. Here's five more stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What's up with these people,and their negative reviews.. depressed with problems spewing their toxicity..The manager Phil is disciplined, respectful..and takes pride instilling pure satisfaction in customers fried chicken orders a role model for all other Popeyes representatives to follow. My chicken sandwich was hot fresh and delicious !!
Where to start 1 star is too much. Service was horrendous to say the least. 45 minutes to get a standard Family meal that is already done. Employees dont know of they are coming or going. As we waited people just kept coming in with order incorrect from the drive thru. I only hope the food tastes ok at this point
Aside from the obvious that the whole lot, building especially, is in desperate need of repairs. Prices have gone up but portions and quality down.Purchased a 3 piece ckn dinner w/ Mac n cheese and apple pie. No option for spicy or mixed unless, I got a breast separate.The meal was tasty but have to admit I was still hungry and usually wouldn't be able to finish that in one sitting. Not sure I felt it was worth the $$ (apx $15).
To support team (Supervisor) I visit you store on South Military Trail, just north of Forest Hill Blvd to buy a spicy chicken sandwich with sauce on the side, but was told, they had nothing to put it in. So I ask for light sauce. I was overcharged $.60 (for just a sandwich $5.07) and when asked about it, young lady at the drive thru said she didn't know why I was overcharged and did not give me my money back. I called the store 4 times and no one will answer. I am very displeased, I was a frequent customer. Thanks Elizabeth Davis
This is literally the slowest drive through in the history of drive throughs. I am trying to be nice. I really am. Unfortunately this is the closet Popeyes. Today was the straw. First she forgot to charge me. I had to saw I didn't pay yet. Then she rang me up for the wrong order. Had that corrected. Already had the drink and she thought I didn't get one yet. Got home and the damn order was still wrong! Who owns this franchise?
I was at this location, a few days ago with my family and we purchase a 8 piece dark chicken.That cost about $25.00. When we sat down to eat dinner we learned that chicken was old. Popeyes, these prices are too much money for reheated or old food. It's not fair to the paying customer that is paying a fortune already. If you guys have old chicken, please inform the customer about it. We are not paying $5.00 or $8.00 per box. These prices are up there. If you make this chicken fresh, it will keep some of the customers but these prices are driving the customers away and I'm one of them.
Got there at 11:45 am for lunch, lady tells me they open at 12. So I decided to pull in to a parking spot and wait the 15 minutes for them to open . Come 12 I pull into the drive through again and they tell me that they don’t have any chicken. That none of it was cooked yet. Why would they open with no food ready to sell. Makes absolutely no sense.
Place an order and can I even go inside but watch employees come to the front door to look at drive through should be able to have the inside open hypoluxo story is not a online order and it's closer to my house had to drive at Forest Hill and military to get my food 4 miles away need better district manager
