The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was in the drive thru line for over 30 mins. Once it was my turn, waited another 5 to be acknowledged, I told the women I was picking up a mobile order and she put me on hold. I wait another 2-3 minutes for another women to tell me to “cancel the order because they ran out of mac and cheese” she had absolutely no care to apologize or even ask if I wanted a replacement. This experience was a complete waste of time. This place shouldn’t even be considered “fast food.” Do yourself a favor and go to another Popeyes.
This is a terrible location. I hate that it's the closest to where I live. Today's experience really took the cake. There was a man that was trying to pick up an Uber order. The manager was sitting out in the restaurant doing paper work. I saw the man not only wait about 30 minutes to be helped, but was so disrespected by not only the employees but also the manager. After all the waiting I did (obviously I was waiting 30 minutes as well) they also short my order and wouldn't answer the phone after I got home and found out. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to know that he's missing out on sales because of a very poor staff
This location is habitually sub-par. I love the food. But even that is inconsistent. They are almost always out of sandwiches. They take forever in the drive-thru on purpose to save ticket times. You pull up to the window and I timed over 6 minutes on more than one occasion. Meanwhile people walk in and out of the establishment. If you can avoid the wait, go else where.
I recently had lunch at this Popeyes Restaurant and I ordered the 5 piece spicy for $6.99 and the chicken was horrible dry as HELL!!!!????? and the chicken wasn't fresh at all. The chicken appeared to be old and freezer burned. This was the first time that I have ever had a bad experience at Popeyes and I am really angry and extremely disappointed. I prefer Popeyes chicken over KFC any time. Please do better. Sincerely Ms Allen
By FAR the WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been too in my life. Do yourself a favor and go to Zaxbys down the street, much better. This Popeyes will never get your order right, have the worst customer service and are the slowest “fast food” out there. The whole crew needs to be fired.
Never had a bad Popeyes experience I even get extra food alot of times I order thru UberEATS don't know if that's why or they jus be hookin' it up
3 employees visable inside at 6pm on Sunday May 1st my birthday, no one answered the drive through so I parked and walked up. Door locked and they wouldn't turn around to even acknowledge my presence when I knocked. Saw 4 other cars roar out shortly after. Lazy people and disrespectful.
I know everyone is short staffed but really....... After waiting patiently in line for 20 minutes to be treated rudely by (manager I think) and to be treated like second class citizen when asking questions about menu. No time to deal with customer service don't be in it!!!!!!!
Horrible store, horrible food, horrible quality, horrible service, horrible customer service! The picture I posted is of a #12 (minus the tiny two tenders, because I was more focused on the popcorn shrimp). Which staff is screwing customers over to either bring food home to family or sell steal Popeyes food to sale on the side?
Staff is always kind and nice, not to mention the food is always fresh. Fast too! Mary was a big help for my lunch as well, got me my food quickly and helped fix the soda fountain machine so I can enjoy my lunch. Thanks again to all the crew and will definitely keep coming back to my favorite Popeyes.
